Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. Tutto perfetto, luogo super accogliente e bellissimo. Isabella e la sua famiglia ci ha accolti al meglio e soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste durante la nostra GTE dell'elba. Appartamento pulitissimo, accogliente con piscina fantastica, luogo incantevole e ben tenuto. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità e aver soddisfatto le nostre richieste

Siamo una famiglia con figlio di 5 anni. La,casa era adatta a noi. Sopratutto con tutto per cucinare. Ottimo avere una lavastoviglie. I condizionatori garantivano una tenperatura sempre gradevole. L'host ci ha supportato prontamente con tutto: cambio lenzuola infrasettimanale causa pipì scappata, uso lavatrice condominiale, fornitura mappe del luogo. Sempre con il sorriso. I parcheggi sono ampii e riparati dal sole. La spiaggia va raggiunta in auto seppure in linea d'aria vicina perché occorre attraversare l'aurelia. Consiglio giro a Follonica sia serale sia di giorno per visitare le belle calette del golfo.

It was a fantastic experience to stay at Casa dei Prati in Lacona. The flat was quite simple, but exactly what we were looking for. There was a beautiful view of the garden from the porch. The place is very quiet and we felt really relaxed. I would deeply recommend the place. Francesco was very friendly and received us so.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön mit einem tollen Garten zum verweilen. Alessandra war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen. Das Gebäude mit den Unterkünften liegt in mitten eines schönen Campingplatz, von dem man aber nicht viel mitbekommt. 1 min zu Fuss gibt es ein tolles Café und der Strand kann über ein Fussweg von circa 5-10min erreicht werden. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würde ich anmerken, dass in der Küche Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Geschirrtuch und Schwamm fehlten. Dies würde ich eigentlich in einer Ausgestattete Küche erwarten. Ansonsten war die Küche aber gut ausgestattet (Geschirr, Pfannen etc.).

Rachele und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Rachele hat uns wann immer nötig mit lokalen Restaurantempfehlungen, Strandtipps und Kinderspielsachen ausgestattet. Der Ort ist ideal um die Mittagshitze im Schatten unterm Baum zu überbrücken.

La posizione è ottima sia per girare l’isola sia per andare comodamente alla spiaggia di Lacona a piedi, la vista è molto bella e si è praticamente a due passi da un ristorantino/bar molto buono. Il bagno è grande e piuttosto comodo, l’area esterna idem ed è molto tranquilla. Il divano letto è un po’ scomodo ma complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene. Occhio al frigo, non ha uno spazio per congelare che poteva tornare utile a chi come noi aveva portato i ghiaccetti per la borsa frigo.

What can I say! Daria had prepared the apartment for everything. We needed for our arrival, milk, tea, coffee, cleaning products, snacks, drinks. Having stayed in Tuscany for the last 25yrs these little touches are hard rare and so welcomed after a long day travelling. We really were blown away by the location and how perfect the apartment was for our stay! Everything from the cleanliness, responsiveness, Daria really couldn’t do enough for us. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage bei Wilma in ihrem Apartment verbracht. Wunderbarer Blick von der Terrasse, einschlafen mit Meeresrauschen, bequeme Betten. Ausstattung mit italienischem Charme. Das wichtigste kann in einem kleinen Minimarkt in nahegelegenem Campingplatz eingekauft werden z. B. frische Brötchen. Sehr schöner nahe gelegener Strand mit Tauchschule, E-bike Verleih usw. 2 schöne Fußwege nach Capoliverie. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Grazie Wilma, Giovanni & Milly

We had an extremely wonderful holiday in this apartment. The communication and booking process were pleasant and very quick. All my questions were answered quickly in advance. A beautiful apartment with a great terrace overlooking the sea. Everything you need is there. You can enjoy peace and quiet here. Down in the bay, there is a small jetty and a cosy bar. There are many hiking trails nearby. Bread and other small items are available in the next village (1.5 km away). It is recommended to have a car (parking spaces are available). I can only say ‘thank you’ for the great, relaxing holiday. We and our dogs had a lot of fun.

Eine tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mitten in der schönen Altstadt von Piombino. Valentina antwortete schnell und präzise; Check-In einfach und wir durften früher in die Wohnung, vielen Dank! Alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns über das Frühstück gefreut. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaubsbeginn zusammen mit unseren zwei Dackeln und wenn wir wieder nach Elba reisen, möchten wir's gerne wieder so gestalten.

Appartamento fornitissimo, pulito e molto vicino al lido di Capoliveri e alla spiaggia del Felciaio (10 minuti a piedi). Doccia calda e ampio spazio esterni molto utili. Bagno un pochino piccolo, ma con una doccia comoda e con un'ottima pressione dell'acqua. Parcheggio privato ampio. Consigliatissimo e sicuramente un punto di riferimento per la zona!

Un’incantevole posizione, unica nella sua esclusività. rigenerante per la mente Spazi generosi anche per 4 persone con una terrazza che vale l’intero soggiorno!!! Spero di tornare presto a trovare Paola, persona squisita e disponibile

Wonderful villa and grounds with private sea access and lounge area in the rocks. Tastefully renovated older villa, very attentive hosts who helped with any of the minor issues we had. Nice pellet oven was great as the weather was a bit cool. Wonderful place and view.

La villa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e accessoriata davvero di tutto , sembra di essere a casa propria Il giardino e la terrazza sono splendidi , la vista incantevole e spazia dalla Corsica ( si vede tutte le sere il tramonto) all’isola d’Elba sino alle coste dell’Italia Gli innumerevoli tavoli e sdraio fanno gustare ogni angolo del giardino in modo diverso , la recinzione è comodissima per chi ha cani … i miei sono stati benissimo e si sono goduti il soggiorno correndo e giocando ed è stato molto rilassante il saperli al sicuro Nei dintorni c’è un piccolo alimentari ed un panificio , Sant’Andrea è un piccolissimo paese con una spiaggia stupenda La custode e l’host sempre disponibili Un’esperienza davvero da ricordare Grazie ai proprietari della Villa che hanno pensato davvero a tutto :)

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Das Anwesen ist super ruhig gelegen, mit toller Aussicht – besonders von der großen Dachterrasse. Sehr viel Platz, zwei Terrassen mit Lounges, schöner Grill, top ausgestattete Küche und alles blitzsauber. Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen funktionieren einwandfrei. Man kann direkt vor der Wohnung parken – sehr praktisch! Die gesamte Anlage ist riesig, mit liebevoll gepflegten Grünflächen, Blumen und Pflanzen – einfach idyllisch. Laura, die Gastgeberin, ist herzlich, engagiert und immer erreichbar. Sie hat uns persönlich begrüßt und alles gezeigt. Der gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Salzwasserpool ist auch super, liegt ca. 2–3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Direkt daneben befinden sich zwei andere Apartments, weshalb wir dort etwas zurückhaltender waren – kein Kritikpunkt, nur gut zu wissen. Insgesamt ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

We had a really wonderful stay at Petra’s house. Everything was as described, clean and super beautiful. The communication was proactive and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back :)

Wir haben zu 4 (Kinder 14 und 11 Jahre) 11 Nächte bei Cristina verbracht. Alles war so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und beschrieben. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Dadurch ist es nachts recht warm. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird (Geschirr, Pfannen etc.). Zur Begrüßung stand eine Tüte mit Lebensmitteln bereit - ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist unbeschreiblich. Privatsphäre bei 180 Grad Meerblick. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Elba ist im August völlig überfüllt. In Capo d'Arco ist es ruhig und sehr entspannt. Wunderbarer Meerwasserpool mit Springbrett. 2 Liegen mit Schirm im August 35 € pro Tag. Auf den Felsplateaus kann man kostenlos liegen, allerdings auch erst spät Schatten. Ausblick vom Pool und Plateaus einmalig schön. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein (bis zum Meer bzw. den Pools über 100 Stufen). Cristina war immer sofort erreichbar, super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

Marta ist eine super Gastgeberin, herzlich und extrem hilfsbereit! Wenn man gute Archtigktur zu schäzten weiss, dann ist die Wohnung ein wirkliches Erlebnis. Aussserdem ist der Ort unglaublich schön gelegen und einfach perfekt, wenn man sich erholen möchte. Capo d' Arco besticht mit seiner familiären Atmosphäre, gut unterhaltenen Facilities und der wunderschöner Narur. Ich hoffe ich kann wiederkommen!

Die Unterkunft von Filippo war wie beschrieben…Wunderschöner Ausblick, manchmal sogar Delphine von der Terrasse aus sichtbar! Da unser Aufenthalt Ende Mai statt fand war es sehr ruhig, die Pool Anlagen und Restaurants waren zwar noch geschlossen jedoch hatte uns Filippo bereits zuvor informiert und wir genossen die Stille der Vorsaison/Natur! Die Unterkunft war sauber und alles stand zu unserer Verfügung. Der Weg zum Meer ist zu Fuß gut in 5 Minuten erreichbar…. Ein wunderschöner Strand erwartet euch!!! Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil um Elba zu erkunden, da die Unterkunft eher abgelegen ist, das störte uns jedoch nicht da sie in einem wunderschönen Naturgebiet liegt. Für Hunde ist die Unterkunft ebenso gut geeignet, auch der Strand ist super für Hunde! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!!!

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, mit Blick aufs Meer! In der Anlage gibt es auch mehrere Pools, die aber erst ab 1.Juni zugänglich sind, war kein Problem….wir sind ins Meer gegangen. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, man kann gut kleine Mahlzeiten herrichten.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!
