Minutes from the coast, with direct access to miles of walks and cycle routes on to the New Forest, Mallards is a charming one bedroom detached cob cottage set in the large garden of our family home. An ideal place to unwind and relax, it is set away from from the rest of the property so guests can enjoy their privacy, but we are hear to help if needed. The Croft is a beautifully appointed, self contained space overlooking a meadow. Recently refurbished to a high standard, it’s a comfortable and cosy base. Situated in the New Forest National Park, the Croft is located up a leafy lane in a pretty village close to Lymington, the Solent and Beaulieu; it’s only a 10 minute walk into the New Forest. Inside there’s a super-king size bed (or two singles), a tiled shower room, an open plan living room with kitchen area and a private terrace.

Large double bedroom with en suite shower room and small kitchen with kettle, coffee machine and oven/grill/air fryer. There is a terrace outside with table and chairs. I am very happy for you to use the tennis court (rackets and balls available)and from there you can go through gates down to the river Please do ask if you need anything. Take lovely walks along the nearby river and in the New Forest right from the house. There are excellent pubs nearby and shopping in Lymington.

The Studio - self contained guest house, Lymington

Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. One well behaved dog is very welcome. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. Please note there is no parking at the property. There are plenty of nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is also very close.
