This one-bedroom spot in Phoenix Park Village was just what I needed for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The interior is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully laid out, creating a relaxing, homey atmosphere that’s easy to settle into. Getting in and out was super easy. Security was friendly and the key handoff process was smooth and straightforward, which made check-in and check-out a breeze. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the location is great; just a quick drive to Sovereign Village for anything you might need during your stay. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, convenient place to stay in Portmore.

This listing was very nice! Loved the area it was very quiet and secluded but not lonely. Loved the seating area in the front of the house, After you go through the front door. It was my favorite part of the house. I felt right at home and comfortable. Definitely will book again if I have the opportunity to!

My stay here was phenomenal, the ambience was great, the fact that the house is located in a gated community made it feel somewhat safe, one of my memorable moments is in the evenings seating on the patio, the environment is quiet and feels like a home away from home. The Cozy Retreat lived up to expectations. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed. Mo was very responsive and gave me recommendations for food places close by. She assisted me getting my guests in the complex for pick up and drop off since security needed to be notified. She was very responsive if I had any questions or issues. Perfect for one person or a couple. Will book again.

Shadaie’s place was absolutely stunning. I felt right at home. It was clean and had everything I needed right at hand. The pictures do no justice, the front yard was beautiful and full of flowers and Lucious green trees. It’s the right comfort for you and your person or friend. I will most definitely be coming back. Shadaie on the other hand was inviting, responsive and understanding. She was literally right at your finger tips and she added a touch of everything into her home so really you don’t need anything. From Ac, Hot water, greenery decor and clean environment for your comfort.

Rash is a sweetheart of a person and I've never even met her in person. Just messaging with her on the phone made me so comfortable, I felt like I knew her. We loved this place and our host was very welcoming and responded almost immediately to any concerns that we had. The places were extremely clean and well put away. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone I know that will be traveling to Jamaica and I myself, this will be my place to stay once I return. Anyone renting this Airbnb would not regret it.

It was a pleasure staying at Judith’s home with my family, we were very comfortable and her house is so beautiful , everything was perfect and the backyard is extremely beautiful!!!!

Kevon is an amazing host with an amazing property. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. The listing looks better in person than on the site. With popular dining options close by you can’t go hungry. We had trouble with finding the listing, due to a google maps issue, and we’re not given immediate access to the apartment, due to an untrained security guard. However, Kevon guided us through every possible issue. I would definitely recommend this host and amazing property!

We felt incredibly safe and secure throughout our stay, thanks to the multiple layers of security—gated entrance, lobby desk, access card entry to both the building and our floor. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, just around the corner from Devon House Bakery. Ubers were super convenient and budget-friendly. The apartment itself was cozy, well-stocked with everything we needed, and perfect for either a short visit or a long-term stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony view and made use of the rooftop pool, which even had a mini infinity pool—such a relaxing bonus. We need liquid detergent for our clothes and John and Celia were on it right away. We appreciated their responsiveness to everything. Can't wait to be back!

While the gym equipment could use a little upgrading, it was still sufficient for a solid workout. The location is also a major plus—very central, with ample parking and helpful, attentive security who were also kind and accommodating. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. The host's attentiveness and willingness to resolve any issues promptly made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again!
