We are 35 minutes from Kilkenny's Medieval City, 1 hour from Rosslare Harbour, 1.5 hours from from Cork, 1.5 hours from Dublin. Waterford Greenway (46km cycle/ walk, can be done in whole or part) is a 10 min drive The beautiful Copper Coast with its beaches and coves are 30-35 mins drive. Our local country Pub is a 10 min walk and nearest village is a 10 min drive for any essentials.

Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it.
