House is spacious and right in front of the beach. Papás and beer is like a 5 minute walk on the beach.

My family was in town from all over the states, meeting up and staying at Matthew’s place was amazing. The house was clean and spacious, making it comfortable for our big families to stay there. The backyard was extremely useful for us and the kids. We very much enjoyed our time together with all the amenities that Matthew had to offer. We were very happy and would love to return some day.

Nathan is a beyond awesome host. He's communicative and kind. One of the beds had an issue and he sent his worker to fix it ASAP. He always asked about our well being and left a comfortable spot to enjoy our vacation. The Jacuzzi is AWESOME! I recommend his place 100 percent! Thank you, Nathan.

We had an amazing stay at Sylvia's beautiful Mexican beach house! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant decor and the warm, inviting atmosphere. The location is perfect—just steps away from the stunning beach, where I enjoyed peaceful mornings and breathtaking sunsets. Sylvia was an exceptional host. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, and the sound of the waves added to the overall serenity. It was a birthday getaway—just my hubby and me! It was perfect and beyond relaxing! The pictures do not do it justice. The place was clean! I wish I could live there. I hope to come back soon with my kids.

The service was super nice, very attentive, total comfort, very close to service stores and tranquility, recommended since everything is very nice.

Cute place! Easy to find and access. Looks like the photos. Host is very kind and always responsive, even letting us know of a change with the A/C system. Couple small things to note but nothing horrible: bathroom could be a bit cleaner & there were lots of little gnat flies throughout the unit. The WiFi was spotty at times & neighbors were a bit loud at some points as well. Nothing major though! Still a very enjoyable stay and we would come back! Thanks for having us! 🤗

The place is very nice and comfortable, private and the area seemed quiet and close to some places I needed to visit. Estela was always answering my questions at all times, especially about how to get there, because I don't know the city well, in an almost instantaneous and timely manner. I would gladly go back there and highly recommend it.

this place was perfect!!!... what a beautiful view from the master bedroom and from the main level patio.. ..this place is a complete open concept kitchen ,living room to outside patio area.. the windows and sliding doors open up all the way into the wall so it opens up the place completely... this place is even more beautiful in person than the pictures... we were a group of 8.. and everyone said that we will be going back with their families... also Lola the house keeper was amazing... they will come and cook for you if you want.. we had them come and make us breakfast one day.. and the food was delicious.. i highly recommend you take advantage of this extra perk that this house provides... they will also stock up the fridge for you if you want... AMAZING!!!... and the location is only about 10 min outside of rosarito.. can't wait to go back again

Everything was good, excellent cleanliness in the different areas, we really liked the pool table, we were able to play there and have a good time as a family. Like everything, there is room for improvement in the beds, they squeak a lot and are not very comfortable on the 1st floor, but in general a very good place to stay, safe, central and beautiful views
