Sunnyridge is a contemporary 3 bedroom reversed accommodation property located in Porthcothan Bay between Padstow & Newquay. Walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach, ideal for families, swimmers & surfers and also located near the south west coast path. The property has fabulous views of the Ocean overlooking the bay from the lounge patio windows, and the sunsets are incredible! Easy access to all of Cornwalls attractions, the airport, bus stops and has off road parking for 2 cars.

Lane Cottage is a small rustic south facing cottage with french doors opening onto a lawn giving wide views of the Lanherne valley and the sea. A small bathroom with bath/shower and w/c, and a double bedroom open off the living room. From the bedroom a short, steep, narrow, cupboard staircase leads up to a low, sloping ceilinged attic room with two single beds and a sea view, suitable for children. There are no gates and several openings in the garden which is boarded by a day stone wall.

Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.
