la maison lafleur bnb #3

Katie And ChrisRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Gilles’s place was perfect for my 2 night visit. I stayed in Old Quebec the majority of my time, exploring all of the sights within walking distance (Notre Dame, Chateau, Frontenac, Chateau Saint Louis foundation, Governor’s promenade, Citadelle, tons of shops and restaurants). It is also close to the ferry to take you across the river. His home was very charming, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I loved having a window to enjoy the fresh air and view of the street. I would recommend an eye mask for sleeping if you are sensitive to light, as there are street lamps just outside. It is further away from the restaurants a bit off the beaten path, which made for nice sleeping. There were no other guests during my stay, so I had the bathroom all to myself. I would definitely stay again!
The kitchen area features modern wooden cabinetry with sleek silver handles. A compact refrigerator and coffee maker are visible on the countertop, along with a stainless steel sink. Ample workspace is provided by the granite surface, complementing the warm tones of the cabinetry.

The comments said it was noisy but it was perfect, very quiet and we were at 14. Very good location in the lower city. Coffee, bar, grocery, restaurant all very close. Thank you for hosting

Nice cheap room !

MiaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Although I only stayed here for two days, I feel it will become a precious memory for me. It was actually my first time visiting Quebec—a girl’s first solo trip. While I felt exhausted, Maxim and his friends welcomed me warmly. Staying here helped reduce my loneliness and made me truly feel included. Maxim is also an experienced host who has hosted many international guests, as shown by the map full of pins from different tourists. If I come to Quebec again, I will definitely book his place. I highly recommend this stay.
A modern room is equipped with a flat-screen television mounted on the wall. A wooden desk with a chair is positioned beside a mini-fridge and a microwave. A coffee maker and toaster are also visible, adding convenience to the space. A piece of framed artwork depicting a tree adds a touch of decor.
