Das Studio liegt im UG des Hauses und verfügt über ein Doppelbett, Einbauküche, Tisch mit 2 bequemen Stühlen sowie ein eigenes Duschbad. The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car.
