Our apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg, in close proximity to the famous St. Michaelis Church and the Elbphilharmonie. It is 42 square meters in size and offers a cozy and sunny atmosphere. The apartment has a beautiful balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sun. The furnishings are modern and comfortable, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Das Atelier-Apartment (ca 30 qm) befindet sich in einem 400 qm großem Obergeschoss eines Mitte des 19 Jhdt. erbauten Kavalleriegebäudes zusammen mit einigen Künstlerateliers. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The barrier-free ground floor apartment is located in the rear courtyard of Gärtnerstraße and is therefore quietly located and yet in the middle of the beautiful Hoheluft district. Numerous restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, and the connection to public transport is very good.

Welcome to Hamburg! :) My two room Apartement (65sqm) with balcony to the south is just 150m to lake Alster. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Also there is a small kitchen and bathroom. A laundry room in the basement can be used. Parties and other loud events are not allowed in the apartment!
