The house "Els Dolors" is located at the top of the neighborhood, next to the hermitage of the Santa Cruz and at the foot of the wall. It is an old renovated fisherman's house, with all amenities and wifi. It has two floors and terrace overlooking Alicante, the castle and the sea. Ground floor: kitchen/dining room (sofa bed) First floor: bedroom and bathroom.

Peculiar decoración, baño privado, terraza exterior(con cocina acristalada) vistas al Mediterráneo, playa del Postiguet. Cama a 2m de altura (abuhardillado) y sofá cama que se puede preparar previo aviso. Situado en un barrio tranquilo de pescadores (Raval-Roig) y a 5 minutos de la ciudad. Casa original de los años veinte, conserva su encanto, pero con todas comodidades, es un tercero sin ascensor.
