Vacation rentals with beach access in Port of Alicante

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

María and her husband Cosme where very approachable and very quick to respond to any questions that needed answered. the property was very accessible to the beach 5 minutes walk, tram station 5 minutes walk, shops and restaurants, museums 15 minutes walk. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, well equipped kitchen with a easy to use washing machine, dishwasher, cooker/oven and microwave. would definitely recommend

3 par på pinseferie i Alicante. Vi boede perfekt hos Soledad, 3 gode soveværelser og 2 gode badeværelser. Fantastisk terrasse. Ligger roligt med 10 minutter til centrum med alle restauranter inden for rækkevidde. Meget anbefalelsesværdigt

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Alicante! The location is perfect – close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The flat itself is beautiful, very modern, stylish, and spotless. You can tell it’s been thoughtfully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely love to stay here again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

It was a great stay at Maria Jesus's place! We were given clear instructions on how to get in, so the check-in went smoothly. The property itself was as described, but what impressed us was the cleanliness of the apartment. We usually do some quick dusting here and there, wiping of the surfaces, etc, before unpacking. None of it was necessary here. All the equipment worked, furniture and decors were nice. It could be a bit loud on the Friday and Saturday nights, but it was expected since the square was full of restaurants and bars. Closed windows kept the noise down quite well. Once again, thank you Maria Jesus for a wonderful time in Alicante!

El piso como digo es más bonitos aún que en fotos, súper acogedor da mucha luz, los muebles impecables, y todo perfecto volveremos sin duda alguna aparte está cerca de todo de la playa de restaurantes

We really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our first holiday with our baby. The location was ideal and a bit quieter than staying right in the middle of everything but was a 5-10 minute walk away from great restaurants, beach etc. Miguel was always super quick at responding to any questions. Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

Jestem zachwycona pobytem u Rosa Maria! Mieszkanie jest absolutnie fantastyczne. Spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Czyste, bezpieczne, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne do wakacyjnego pobytu dla kilku osób. Uwielbiałyśmy poranną kawę na tarasie:-). Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra: pod domem przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy. W kilka minut jesteś na plaży albo w centrum miasta. W odległości krótkiego spaceru są sklepy spożywcze, apteka i restauracja. Do tego Rosa Maria - najlepszy gospodarz, jakiego można sobie wymarzyć!! Opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt i była bardzo życzliwa i serdeczna. Wrócimy do niej na pewno. Mam nadzieję, że niedługo!

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

O Sr.Manuel foi muito prestativo e compreensivo desde o início. O alojamento correspondeu às nossas expectativas. O que tornou a nossa estadia mais agradável foi a amabilidade dos proprietários, com ajuda em todas as nossas questões sobre a área envolvente e como podíamos deslocar naquela zona. Recomendamos e esperamos voltar num próxima oportunidade.

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

Posizione perfetta! Spazi ambi e abbastanza puliti. Hagen ed Elizabet sono molto cordiali e simpatici.

L’appartamento è situato in centro quindi posizione è perfetta. Salone e terrazzo spaziosi e comodi,cucina ben attrezzata. Camera da letto un po’ angusta (soprattutto col caldo) ma si risolve con ventilatori e aria condizionata. Anna e Andrea sono delle ottime host. Punto forte sicuramente la posizione,la consiglio

"This apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the seaside and public transport . The space itself was clean, comfortable and cosy. There was everything you need to have comfortable rest at the seaside. The host was communicative, friendly and helpful. Rosi gave a piece of advice where we can eat delicious and not expensive , she gave instructions how to get to her apartment, making the whole experience easier.
