Lin’s place was a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day out. One of the highlights was the stunning bird’s-eye view of the Royal Botanic Gardens, which made each morning feel extra special. The location is also excellent, with easy access to surrounding suburbs and public transport options nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful yet well-connected base in the area!

I stayed here for a business trip and had a great experience. The location was perfect — within walking distance or a quick tram ride to anywhere in the city, and less than 10 minutes on foot from the Skybus stop from the airport. There were supermarkets, a beautiful park, and the QV Market all nearby. Despite the central location, it was very affordable. The host was very responsive to messages, and the room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again!

Debby is a perfect host, very friendly and welcoming. Apartment was beautifully furnished with high quality linens, towels and toiletries. Even the crockery was lovely and in keeping with the theme! The bed and sofa were very comfortable and we loved returning ‘home’ to relax after a busy day sightseeing. The location is brilliant and everything is easily walkable. There are some gorgeous little arcades nearby with lovely shops and eateries. We loved Debby’s place and would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Melbourne. I loved my stay at John’s place! The apartment was lovely, airy & spacious with great views out over the treetops. I really enjoyed the arty touches around the place, not to mention the very comfy bed. The electric blanket was a nice surprise! Transport was plentiful & nearby to wherever I wanted to go, and it was a quick walk up to all the shops & restaurants of Clarendon St and South Melbourne Market. John was a great host, he sent me very clear instructions for how to get in on my arrival, and even arranged an early check in for me. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Melbourne! We had the best week in the Southbank apartment. It is in a great location, walking distance to everything we needed. The apartment has spectacular views and is comfortable . It was very clean and each bedroom had amazing towels with a lovely hamper of goodies. The beds & Pillows were super comfy. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and had everything!!! The coffee machine was such a bonus and a fridge that has cold water & ice 🙌 The complex feels safe and clean. The carpark was a bonus, although we didn’t need the car while we were there at all. I would definitely stay here again!

Una’s apartments was a delight to check into. With welcoming treats. Laundry facilities and detergent. Shampoo and conditioner. Just what I needed after a long trip. Coffee as well. Great location. A picnic basket too. Una was so understanding and fabulous to communicate with. I really felt spoilt. Thank you again for having me and Buddy to stay. Really grateful.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Clean and modern. With everything we needed. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tram. We stayed a very cold winters weekend and apartment was warm and cosy.

An amazing apartment in an idillic setting and suburb. Close to shops at Camberwell Junction and plenty of cafes. Loved the bakery, cafe downstairs.

The place was great. Very spacious and comfortable. In walking distance to a lot of place especially good coffee shops. They also accommodated my dog staying there without hesitation which I really appreciated. Will stay there again when I visit! :)

Sheryl is the best host I have dealt with this far. She replies to you within minutes which I have found other hosts can take up to 6-7 hours to reply. Her place was the cleanest I’ve stayed at this far. To sum it up there’s nothing I could complain about at all. The property was great actually the outdoor area was better and bigger than it looked in the pics. Great place with a great host.

we loved the time staying at Vaquay's. well communication. great location. great view. we especially love the indoor balcony. as we can chill there watching good view at night without feeling freezing. the space with a lot of indoor plants which stands out different vibe compared with other Airbnb. highly recommend.

Mia’s property was perfect for my business stay, but I know if I was to stay for leisure, it would be equally as perfect! It had everything I needed and Mia’s communication could not be faulted.

We had a lovely stay at Jeremy’s property. The apartment was very clean, cosy and well maintained. Although it’s on the smaller side, it felt warm and welcoming for our family with two young children. Our older child really enjoyed the stay, and while our 8-month-old baby was crawling around and the space inside the apartment was a bit limited for her, we found the large and clean lounge area downstairs to be perfect. There was also a huge multi-purpose room, which were both very quiet and clean — a great space for a little one to explore safely. The building itself was well-maintained, and the pool was clean, much better than some of the negative reviews we had seen on Google. The front desk staff weren’t overly warm but were still polite and the check-in process was clear and straightforward. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would happily recommend Jeremy’s place

Angel Was an amazing host and her place is wonderful and in a great location. Private for relaxing and also close to entertainment also. Good for kids and would highly recommend.

Excellent location. Very walkable to everything we needed. The view is breathtaking and magical - particularly at night. The accommodation had everything you’d need.

A wonderful place to stay. The most confusing thing was that the building has a very large 380 above the door, when the address is actually 371. Other than this, the apartment was very neat with an amazing view. Really enjoyed our stay!
