We loved our stay at TOSH! It was the perfect place to escape for a few nights and relax in. The attention to detail throughout is clear to see and creates such a lovely vibe. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area.

Little Alba - woodland retreat

MichaelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Beautiful place, extremelywell kept and very peaceful. A little difficult to find at first within the woods but well worth it once there. Signs are small and silver so keep your eyes peeled for them. Great find for us as we have friends living nearby and will definitely be booking again. Everything you might need for a few days break. Bed was comfortable but pillows a little hard for us but that is personal preference...everything spotless and deco beautiful. Thank you we had a great stay.

The Vestry, St. Columbas Church

JohnRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Thank you Katie and Howard for providing a lovely place to stay, again. We love its counter-intuitive brilliance - small, but everything's there (including the most comfortable, enormous bed); nestled beside a huge (ex)church and trees, yet with a beautiful view of the sea; pared-down fixtures and fittings, but all generally top quality (plus fresh flowers!). Truly, The Vestry is a place where 'Less is More'.

The Stable Yard, Tranquil stay in beautiful Down

LauraRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Wonderful stay at Anne's. So cosy and comfortable. We really appreciated the logs for the wood burning stove. Perfect place to read on a rainy day with beautiful views of the Mournes out the window. Spotless kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms. Would love to return. A very relaxing break. Thank you :)

Self catering Port Logan south west Scotland

JonellRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We had a peaceful stay with great views. Millwheel cottage was a perfect place to stay and unwind for a few days. The cottage is even better than the photos, and we had one of the most comfortable Airbnb stays! We were lucky and saw the northern lights, which was an added bonus in such a great location. We will definitely be back!

The Gardeners Cottage @ Corvisel - cosy & quirky!

DavidRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The cottage has been beautifully renovated and decorated and makes an excellent self catering retreat. We loved our short stay and found the position very convenient, being close to town facilities yet within easy reach of Wigtown and the Machars coast, plus Glen Trool area northwards. The cottage is close to a road but very very quiet inside. Its lovely looking out on the walled garden and lawn. So nice too to be able to wander round the garden. There was a lovely smell of roses and other blooms. In late evening, sitting in the garden with a clear sky and a nearly full moon rising was romantic and something special to remember. We slept well in a big comfortable bed and the shower worked well in the clean well designed bathroom. We also appreciated fast WiFi, and later on we enjoyed having somewhere warm and comfortable to sit and read. All very recommendable as a peaceful base from which to explore Galloway!
