My children and I love staying here! Alberto and his parents, neighbors, locals, everyone is so wonderful! His father leaves oranges and lemons often for us. His parents live locally to address any issues and my kids love them! This isn't our first time staying at his place and hopefully won't be the last! Wonderful place and people to stay with!

Ours was a quick stay so we did not have much time to explore the area. The apartment was comfortable, nice, clean and safe. There is a Mall with a grocery store, movie theater and a few places to eat inside, which was walkable from the apartment.

great stay and ideal for the Ironman. comfortable apartment with good aircon. The outside area was a pleasant benefit and used a lot. Beach 5 mins walk and good food nearby. would stay again. thanks carlos

Me alojé con mi amiga y nos sentimos como en casa. El alojamiento hermoso, tenía de todo, y la limpieza impecable. El alojamiento estaba bien comunicado con varias líneas de autobuses, el tranvía que te lleva directo a la playas más conocidas de Valencia y al Puerto. La anfitriona Kelly muy maja y comunicativa, si necesitabamos por algo respondía enseguida, ella es muy amable y flexible. Definitivamente recomiendo su alojamiento, te sentirás como en casa. Muchas gracias Kelly por toda la amabilidad.

We had a great stay in Valencia! Communication was quick and easy, and the hosts were very helpful throughout our visit. The apartment was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

We spent a fabulous time at Amor and Ximo’s apartment. Very quiet area, very little traffic—essentially none. The beach is a two-minute walk away. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and pleasant. They picked us up at the train station and brought us to the apartment, and they gave us a ride from the apartment It was a fantastic deal. Apartment had all equipment necessary and coffee, and tea, and snacks, and bottle of wine, Outside was hot but inside was pleasantly cool. We didn’t even need to turn on the air conditioner.

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Casa grande, espaciosa y cómoda, cerca de la ciudad. Todo muy bien

Estuvimos muy a gusto en el piso de Anaís. Ibamos a un festival y pudimos aprovechar y hacer una barbacoa en la enorme terraza que tiene. Todo un lujo. Repetiremos seguro

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in het huis van Silvia. De locatie is goed, strand op 5 minuten lopen, fantastische restaurants in de directe omgeving en het centrum is ook goed bereikbaar. Een fiets huren is een aanrader! Silvia is met recht een 'super host'! Heel gastvrij, heel aardig, behulpzaam, snel in haar communicatie en ontzettend flexibel in aankomst- en vertrektijden (mits de omstandigheden dit toelaten uiteraard). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, de inventaris is uitstekend op orde, bedden liggen goed en de badkamers zijn modern en goed uitgerust. Al met al een aanrader!

This apartment high above Serra is unique. The climb to get there is steep, but worth the effort. Carlos' place is small but spacy. The beds in the 2 bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrace is sunny during afternoon and evening with a great view. There is a large parasol to put up that will provide a large shade. The bathroom is quite small and the toilet doesn't flush easily. A bakery is very close by as is the Charter supernarket which offers a wide range of (fresh) products. Carlos was always reachable and gave us perfect directions and instructions. A parking is just below the house. We recommend bar Jubilats Serra for drinks with an amazing view, Les Moreres for a nice meal or Descanso for amazing paella and the most friendly staff. Even during the power blackout on april 28 they kept cooking in the dark kitchen and they kept serving beers as long as possible! Gracias Carlos, we will be back!

Nous avons passé 3 jours formidables en famille dans l'appartement d'Aida : l'appartement est situé au RDC sur rue, avec une terrasse agréable sur cour (très sympathique de prendre le petit-déjeuner en terrasse). L'appartement est grand, bien équipé, très propre et confortable. Il est aussi très bien situé car proche du jardin de Turia tout en étant à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique. Il faut noter la réactivité et l'accueil incroyables de notre hôte : Aida a été très flexible et nous a donné une série de recommandations très utiles, allant jusqu'à réserver un restaurant pour nous et mettre à disposition des petits croissants frais et du vin blanc au frigo. Mille merci Aida ! On recommande vivement son appartement !

El alojamiento es precioso, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Miguel respondió rápido y muy amable a un par de dudas que tuvimos. Pasamos unos días relajados en un entorno precioso, lo recomendamos 100%.

El apartamento es amplio, muy bien equipado, limpio, seguro, tranquilo, muy buen ubicado cerca de acceso al Metro. Amalia tiene una atencion excelente, siempre respondio con amabiliadad y rapidamente. 5 estrellas

Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer und man kann den großen gepflegten Pool für die Anlage mitbenutzen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, den man problemlos kostenlos vor dem Haus parken kann und so ist man in 20 Minuten mitten in Valencia. Es gibt aber auch eine gut funktionierende Busverbindung. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt direkt am Meer, sehr gerne wieder.

Ich habe mich in dem Apartment rundum wohlgefühlt! Es war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und gemütlich, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühl. Vielen Dank

Estancia corta pero fantástica. La casa impecable, cerca de todo, y con playas tranquilas para niños pero con restauración para mayores también. Belén muy atenta a todo, a mis peques les dejó detallitos para jugar y todo estupendo. Si volvemos a la zona, volveremos a esta casita.

Vi bodde två veckor i Veronicas fina lägenhet. Allt var mycket bra i boendet. Mycket välutrustad kök. Du kan nästan laga vilken maträtt du vill där, utrustningen räcker till var du än vill göra för maträtt. Ett par minuters promenad till stranden och det finns två fina strandstolar till förfogande. Wi-Fi är bra. Området är mycket lugnt och tryggt. En stor fin pool och en mycket välvårdad trädgård att njuta av. Bra bussförbindelse till centrum. Det tar cirka 40 minuter. Vill du ha en skön semester så hyr Veronicas lägenhet!

Fue una estancia larga (23 días). Apartamentos en buenas condiciones, coinciden con las fotos y la descripción. Zona es muy tranquila. Pepe es muy amable y comunica muy rápido si necesitas algo. Definitivamente volvemos a alquilar los apartamentos de nuevo.
