Fully renovated apartment, on the fifth floor with an elevator. It has a sea view. It is 200 meters from the beach (Alcudia Bay), 2 minutes walk. Brand new kitchen with induction cooktop and microwave. It has sliding, double-glazed doors in the living room and bedroom. TV with satellite channels (mostly German channels, some French and some English). Community pool. In the area you will find all the amenities, parking, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc.

Fantastic newly renovated apartment in the heart of Paseo Marítimo del Puerto de Alcudia with clear views of the Bay of Alcudia and 100 meters from the white sand beach of Alcudia. It has three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds in each of them and one en suite with double bed and 2 bathrooms with shower. It has a very complete kitchen with living-dining room, and an outdoor terrace with sea views. Fiber optic wifi and private parking.

Es una zona concurrida en los meses de verano (de junio a septiembre), entorno con abundantes cafeterías, restaurantes con terrazas y tiendas, normalmente abiertos en verano hasta las 12h de la noche, pudiendo provocar un poco de ruido ambiental de calle.

The pretty, old town of Alcudia, with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants may be reached by foot in about 5 min. The next beach can be reached in 15 - 20 min by foot. During the winter months you can heat our cosy apartment with the cast iron oven. All the fire wood needed we provide free of charge.
