Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Port Charlotte

It is a spectacular house to share with family and friends, super spacious, beautiful, super clean and well equipped with everything you need for the stay, to cook and feel very comfortable, the patio is wonderful to share, sunbathe and enjoy the jacuzzi, which is wonderful for its large size, our family and friends were really super pleased with the accommodation and with the attention of the host, always attentive and willing to any need or question, it is definitely the house chosen for our next vacation in the area!

We had such an amazing, relaxing week. The house, location & weather were all perfect. We spent a majority of our time outside in the very warm pool enjoying the view overlooking the canal...so peaceful. Danielle was very accommodating & fast to respond to any concerns or questions that we had. We have stayed at a few places in the area, we will definitely be returning here. Thank you for providing your lovely home for all to enjoy, we are already looking forward to our next visit.

Troy's home was comfortable and clean. The best part of the home was the numerous amenities available with the rental. Troy had bikes, kayaks, and the best pool. We had a wonderful time in Punta Gorda and would be happy to stay again when we return to town.

Perfect in every way! Super comfortable, private back yard and quiet neighborhood! Esther was very helpful and responsive.

Thank you for the wonderful stay 🩷🩷 my family’s house caught fire in a neighborhood nearby and it was a great relief to have a home to stay at not a hotel. Beds were comfy and it made a hard time a little better.

We had a great stay! Our crew was in town working on a nearby job site, and this place was the perfect home base. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to rest and recharge after long workdays. The location was super convenient, and communication with the host was easy and welcoming. We would definitely stay again—thank you!

Home was well stocked with essentials & had very peaceful & beautiful surroundings. I tried to make it a point to watch the sunset every night as its really something to watch from the screened in sunroom. If your into the outdoors you can sit on the new dock & occasionally see some gators. Felt like home for our 3 month stay :)

This house is amazing! The furnishings are stunning, the patio and pool is super comfortable! The gourmet kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for preparing family meals. Our favorite part was watching the lotus flowers bloom in the tranquil koi pond in the backyard! We can’t wait to return!

Kat & Tony- Thanks for a great stay! The place is very comfy- felt like home. The pool felt great on hot and sunny days! Looking forward to the dock being replaced and maybe a new deck on the water like before the hurricanes! Even without those items we had a lovely stay in Englewood. We will be back to Tiki 10 in the future!

This has been our best AirBnB experience yet! Marti was an awesome host! The unit was extremely nice and newly renovated! Very private but close to the beach and restaurants. My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and enjoyed the place so much we already booked another stay with there for later this year! The bed & pillows were comfortable and there was a nice ceiling fan! And we loved the pool!!

We felt that a few things could have been better clarified in the guide. 1. Guide startes "washing machine and separate dryer are in the utility room next to kitchen". Not so. Laundry facility is in the first building. Laundry room is pretty messy. 2. We figured out, hopefully correctly, that the whole back area from the 1st building to the last are "commons" area, since the beach area was not at our unit (#8). BBQ was not at our unit, but there were a couple in the presumably "commons" area. If this is so, we feel this should be mentioned in the guide. 3. Guide states propane tank is in the garage. There is no garage. 4. Safety concern - The deck could use some repairs. Screws and nails are loose. There is one board in which the end of one side has popped up. 5. Just a suggestion. Unit could use a full length mirror. Don't get me wrong. We enjoyed our stay, resident alligator and green iguana were a nice rustic addition.

the Sweeneys were great! we stayed here during a hunting trip at Babcock ranch preserve, its 20 minutes straight down the road. the house is only 5 minutes from a Winn Dixie and a gas station in case you forgot anything, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer work perfectly, the shower and bathroom were perfect as well. very pleased with sandy's place and if we end up back in that part of town again I will be sure to book it again!

Joni is an incredible host, as is the rest of her family. It is very peaceful. The lake behind the house is the perfect place for coffee. The kitchen was clean and had everything you need - including a key lime pie Joni’s son had made. It was delicious, and so thoughtful! The bed was comfy, as was the futon. There were plenty of towels and the bathroom has everything you need. What I loved most about this stay was how welcome I felt - and safe. You truly are treated like family here. I will definitely return!
