As soon as we walked into Chambls we felt at home and ready to start our Tassie adventure. The view from the shack was just incredible and we couldn’t wait to go and explore the beach just metres from our door. This place oozed charm and was everything we expected it to be. Thank you so much x

We loved our time at Stewart’s Bay Beach house. The view is amazing; it’s great to have the beach so close. Shops and local attractions are within a 10-min walk. The house is also well appointed. We’ll be back!

This was our second year for a fishing trip with the lads and our wives. Four couples shared and still extra room! Everything you need to make a feast in the modern kitchen. Very peaceful and well maintained. Fireplace works a treat. Beds and linens were comfortable and having four bathrooms and the extra laundry toilet makes the place worthwhile.

Aerie retreat is a perfect little piece of nature- stunning views, private, peaceful and romantic. The house is cosy and well stocked to cook meals. The hot tub and deck are gorgeous, even in the rain. We saw seals, in the channel, and wallabies and possums on the property. The stairs to the water are steep but worth exploring. The tinderbox forest walk is fantastic and nearby Blackmans Bay is also charming. Would return in a heartbeat.

this is the second time we have stayed here and I honestly have nothing to complain about. everything was perfect , again. We had everything we needed and more. Don't hesitate to experience this homely little surf shack for yourself, in the best part of Tassy.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! The views are incredible from every room, making you feel like you are on the edge of the world. The bathtub view was a favorite for us, although the view from the Sauna was right up there too! There are so many thoughtful additions for guests- spices in the pantry, books to read - and our kids especially liked the extra toys and games! Macy was such an incredibly responsive host - getting back to us within minutes. All to say- this was a wonderful stay on our trip around Tasmania and we will certainly be back!

A wonderful winter retreat. The house was very warm and inviting, with a well stocked kitchen. The undercover hot tub made this the perfect place to escape to on a wet and cold weekend. Amy was a very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We will be back again soon!

Convenient location to stay if you have a pet because it is easy walking distance from Salamanca Place. External appearance is deceptive as interior is clean, light and nicely styled with a pleasant view of Battery Point.

We LOVED this beautiful house. Right on the beach, with seals and dolphins playing out front. The kids loved jumping off the jetty. The house had everything you could possibly want, right down to martini glasses. The rooms were beautiful, the house warm and cosy, and the beds comfortable with gorgeous linen. We will stay again. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home.

Our team spent two weeks at 'The View' for a work at AAD in late February. It was a fantastic house; actually bigger than we needed for a group of 3, but nicely appointed (especially the kitchen!), and each got their own bathroom. We experienced all types of weather, especially a thunder/windstorm at the end, and the house made us feel cozy and safe. The owners are incredibly helpful, with many condiments and staples provided, along with a wonderful house-warming basket. They've got everything dialed in, from trash pickup, to heating/cooling. A wonderful house that we'd stay in again!
