Small fisherman's house, full of charm and comfortable close to the sea, walking distance to the beach of the small harbor, 5 minutes from the customs trail (GR34) to enjoy beautiful walks. The house is located in a hamlet of absolute tranquility, 1 km from the village of Pordic with all the shops, close to Saint-Brieuc and the train station that connects us to Paris in 2 hours 15 minutes. Lovely atypical and independent house located 5 minutes from beaches and all shops. You will enjoy an entire home, with a closed garage, courtyard and enclosed land with a terrace not overlooked, ideally located for visiting the area (10 minutes from Binic, 30 minutes from Paimpol) or for your business trips. The unit can accommodate 4 people including 2 people sleeping in an extra bed. Pascal and Maryline will be happy to welcome you, otherwise check-in will be carried out independently.

The house is 3 km from the beaches of Pordic with direct access to the GR 34 trail. -5 min to Pordic Beach - 5 minutes from Binic Beach -10 min from Plérin Rosaries Beach. Large free parking located less than 50 m from the accommodation.
