Hello, the apartment is for 4/5 people looking for a comfortable accommodation and without going too far from the center. At the entrance a double bedroom, kitchen, fridge and 1 bathroom, second double bedroom,large independent courtyard,TV,waifa air conditioning. Walk to downtown harbor, beaches, 50 meters of groceries, boat rentals and scooters, boardwalks, bars/restaurants. Next door there is a tourist accommodation in Santa Maria da Lucia itself, another independent apartment. There are no minors without parents.

Lovely apartment located in the north of the island overlooking the bay of Cala Feola. Free parking under the house. The apartment has a spacious layout with an equipped living room-kitchen entrance, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Large outdoor space with two terraces, one located at the entrance and the other in the wing above the house, both are equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue area, kitchen and solarium area. The house can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It is not rented to minors without parents.
