Vacation rentals with a patio in Pontremoli

The accommodation and the very friendly hosts exceeded our expectations! Accessibility for any questions was always given. We felt absolutely safe in a quiet, somewhat secluded environment with great views of the Mediterranean. The terrace is not visible from any side, so that privacy is also maintained here. The decor of the apartment is functional and has a certain "clean-chic". Everything is thought of, whether air conditioning, shutters, espresso maker, etc. We can recommend the apartment at any time. Great place, superb location, beautiful view from the balcony, close to the marina. To get to the apartment, you must use stairs in the following order: 22 up, 6 down, 20 down, & 6 down. Be cognizant of that if you’re traveling with luggage. However, the place is worth every step. Giuseppina met us at the train station & walked with us to the apartment. Upon arrival, she showed us the place & explained the amenities. There are two small refrigerators, one on each floor. There were cold water bottles in the fridge, snacks & a bottle of wine upon our arrival. The apartment was spotless. It’s a very beautiful place and we would highly recommend it.

Wow! 🤩 From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked a wonderful spot. Our host could not have been more kind and the apartment was one of the most special places we have ever been. Peaceful serene with a spectacular view we hope to be able to enjoy again soon. All of this just minutes from Cinque’s beautiful and popular towns. Rent this apartment with confidence, the host, the property and the panoramic views are each really next level! A+ all the way around! This was the highlight of our long European trip. Viva Italia!

The host was very helpful before checkin, during our stay, and at checkout time. He offered very good suggestions for local activities. Everything with the unit was as advertised. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Finally, it should be noted that this was likely the cleanest vacation rental we have stayed in. The floor was literally clean enough to eat from…. (We didnt though:) The views were incredible, and there were multiple places outside to sit and take it in and relax. We actually came with intentions of exploring more towns in the area, but once we arrived, found this apartment to be so comfortable we opted to stay in more and just walk to Manarola along the trail.

We had a wonderful stay in Monterosso. Lorenzo was an amazing host, friendly, responsive, and super helpful with our luggage and any random requests. The walk up is definitely a climb, so pack light if you can, but the stunning view over the sea makes it totally worth it. There are great local restaurants and a charming wine bar just nearby. Everyone was welcoming and the food was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Franco and Elisabetta's place was great! The instructions to find the place were very good as it can be confusing to locate around Riomaggiore. I especially appreciated that the place was accessible with a code so that I didn't have to worry about bringing a key around. The kitchen was well stocked and the terrace was a nice bonus. Highly recommended to stay here!

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

We had a really lovely week in the apartment. We got a good and thorough introduction of the apartment and the area when we arrived. Really nice. The apartment was really nice. Lovely with extra clean linens and towels. A very well equipped kitchen. Lovely large bathroom with washing machine. The terrace was lovely with sun loungers, large dining table and large umbrella. The view of the bay and Levanoto was very lovely and it was absolutely calm. As described, the apartment is up steep hill. We had no car and used the stairs (220 steps one way) to get to town and the beach. We are young and fit and took the trip a few times daily. It worked for us, but you have to be ready on many steps daily if you come without a car. (But then you can also eat more ice cream) We had a really wonderful stay and the only thing we have as a small note is: it could be nice to have some dry spices that were stuck in the kitchen. 😊

We had a wonderful place to stay. Nicolò was very friendly and helpful. When there were problems with the taxis, he picked us up from the train station and brought us back. All in all a perfect holiday.

... beautiful location in front of a small Italian mountain village (opposite the church outside the castle-like village). The furnishings are practically thought out in a small space, without superfluous items and yet appealing. The location is optimal as a quiet retreat and for trips to the sea and sights: La Spezia 1/2 h by car, Cinque Terre Riomaggiore 1/2 h by car and 1/4 h by train (from La Spezia station), Lucca 1 h by car, Pisa 1 h by car and beach in Lerici 1/2 h by car. Hiking is probably also very interesting in the mountainous wooded area. We didn't do that this time and will try it out on our next stay. Since the mountain slope drops steeply right behind the house, there is a sunny spot only on the small balcony and on the old stone bench to the street. That's no problem with the little traffic and the totally nice neighbors. We felt very comfortable for 10 days.

I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even reserved them for us. The place was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. We arrived on a rainy day, Angela was waiting for us in the rain and kept the closest place to the accommodation so we could park, it was super nice. Very warm welcome, very quiet and cozy accommodation. Clean, with all the necessary equipment. We felt like we were at home. They are really attentive. I highly recommend this accommodation owned by a person with a big heart.

What a BEAUTIFUL place to stay! We would definitely love to return.Andreas was so incredibly helpful,generous and welcoming. The cats were extremely friendly and as animal-lovers, we adored time with them. The scenery is absolutely incredible! Andreas gave us fresh eggs from his hens for breakfast - a lovely gesture. The bed was sooo comfy too. We only had a brief stay, but managed to squeeze in swimming in the pool and time drinking in the sheer peace. Andreas told us about a natural spring close by where we enjoyed collecting our water daily. Thankyou Andreas for making our stay such a special one. Very kind regards. Jane and family.

Such a beautiful spot to stay. It’s perfectly located to walk to water or visit the local restaurants. The place is so adorable and has such a great view relaxing on the patio is the place to be. I would absolutely recommend this place 10/10

The accommodation met our expectations, it was comfortable for 4 people and everything was great, we really enjoyed the garden outside for breakfast. As a recommendation, we would like to add that the option to check in automatically would be good, and give the option to go directly to the large parking lot, even if it is 50 meters away to take things, at least for us it would have been less stressful when arriving, since the streets are very narrow. Dennis gave us a proseco and was super nice to us, as was his father. Recommended!

Ideally located to enjoy the Cinque Terre from the Spezia Centrale train station. As a bonus, a terrace for an aperitif in the evening!
