Spend a few days relaxing in Cremona without sacrificing independence and comfort. Details inspired by music, welcoming spaces, well-kept environments and a subtle blue theme will accompany you during your stay. The central location makes the house the ideal starting point to visit the whole city. Violino azul is not seen from the main street because it is internal to a period context, typical of Cremona. The house is autonomous and arranged on two levels. The lower floor is accessed by an independent entrance inside a small courtyard. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a fireplace and a smart TV (Netflix subscription included ). The kitchen and bathroom are adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is new and equipped with all the appliances, dishwasher and washing machine, very appreciated in case you stay longer. Climbing a staircase you reach the upper floor where there is a large double bedroom and a small terrace. In the double room on request you can add a cot for children, included in the price. Guests have access to the entire house. I live and work near the house, during your stay I will always be available for every need. I'll personally hand you the keys.

About 40 km away are the Renaissance jewels of Piacenza, Parma Pavia Cremona and Salsomaggiore Stone House on 2 floors entrance with a veranda kitchen, a bathroom with a double shower, a spiral staircase that leads to the living room and a double bedroom with a view. A small comfortable, romantic stone house in a tiny private country village dating back to the 13th Century, surrounded by 124 acres of fields and woods. Wonderful views: panoramic terrace with a view of the valley and, on clear days, up to the Alps. Swimming pool. Huge garden. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
