Very well located apartment! The biometric registration was a bit cumbersome, but once we did it, there were no more problems. We were very comfortable. The only thing we couldn't enjoy was the pool; it was under maintenance that weekend. Jeferson was very kind!

The location is sensational, in the heart of the Jatiúca neighborhood, where the best restaurants in the city are located. It is possible to walk along the waterfront to Ponta Verde, a very beautiful walk! The apartment is super new, good bed, strong shower, I recommend it!

We love your stay! Easy location, by the sea/back street/garage, all well signposted. Fully equipped kitchen, and with basic items (coffee, filter, salt, detergent) - we also leave coffee, filter and spices😬 Super comfortable bed, very dark bedroom for sleeping❤️ There is a food park 5 minutes away that has all kinds of food and drinks! There are also several kiosks on the avenue! Eduardo also recommended very beautiful beaches nearby, 15 min by Uber, Guaxuma and Garça Torta, beautiful and with good structure! The balcony overlooks the sea, and it's a great place to have breakfast there in the morning! There were even two beach chairs in the apartment, but we only saw them on the last day🤣 It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it!

The apartment is just perfect! Complete, very well-equipped, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent: just cross the street and we are already on a beautiful beach, and right behind there is a supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Accommodation 10/10 Starting from the property itself, it is perfect, compact, but enough for two people, full kitchen, air conditioning cooling horrors, in short, everything ok. The building is very good, quiet, entrance and exit happens by facial recognition, which is great, as it speeds up at the entrances and exits of the same, good leisure area, everything ok. The location of the property is excellent, although it is not on the sea front, it is very close, also close to a supermarket, pharmacy and bakery ( there is a bakery underneath the building that serves breakfast and dinner in the kilo). The beach is simply perfect, calm, clean sea and the waterfront is a spectacle apart, great for strolling in admiring the scenery. Many options for food, you think from the simplest to the most sophisticated, muiiiitas options. Anyway, I have only compliments for hosting and its location.

The space is excellent, we had an unforeseen event caused by natural events, the heavy rain flooded the garage and the water supply in the building was interrupted, but communication with the host was easy and she promptly informed us that if we found another space she would fully refund the amount paid, taking into account Since there was no exact forecast for the water supply, and that's what happened without any problems. The location of the property is great, it meets expectations, the doormen are kind, and the hosts are decisive in case of problems, I recommend the space and when I return to Maceió, I will certainly check the availability of this property.

We left and returned at different times, whether to run on the waterfront very early or to go to restaurants late at night. Everyone in the building was very nice and helpful. The building is also great and well maintained. The only bad thing is the garbage collection, because we need to be in the apartment to deliver it. In addition, everything is excellent!
