Telephone exchanges with Véronique are friendly and warm, just like her barge. It was a beautiful nature break for us. The bikes available allow beautiful and long rides on the bike path along the Somme with mandatory stops to enjoy the surrounding fauna and flora. Relaxing on the bridge facing the ruins of the castle allows you to daydream in peace while watching the Somme flow… it must be said that we benefited from exceptional weather. Life on board the barge flows slowly, you quickly get your bearings, even watering the flowers is atypical😉... In short: a more than successful stay for us. We wish Veronique all the best and a lovely stay to the future "sailors"

Their kind and helpful advice and assistance enabled us to make the most of our stay. The accommodation is modern, clean, spacious and very well equipped - everything you could ask for. Elizabeth's place is great. very well looked after and equipped for a long stay. my family and I had a great time in Elizabeth's place. the park around the house is amazing! lot's to do in the bay of Somme, my kids really enjoyed the time there. I recommend this place to anyone visiting north of France and specially to families with kids.
