Located 35 minutes from the island of Oléron, 15 minutes from Saintes and 45 minutes from La Rochelle and 40 minutes from Fouras or Chatelaillon Plage. Everything is new, up to standard, and is insulated. Everything is very clean. 350 m2 garden, garden furniture with parking space, air-water heat pump. For short stays, we will not provide sheets for up to 3 nights. In winter, a surcharge for heating may be requested, about 5 euros per day.
