It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

A spacious loft bedroom features exposed wooden beams and a soft, inviting queen-size bed with crisp white linens. Simple bedside tables with lamps flank the bed, providing functional lighting. The room's minimalist design enhances the tranquil atmosphere, ideal for relaxation.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The place is truly beautiful and amazing, especially the terrace. It’s perfect for a BBQ. The place also has literally everything you need and is very clean. The view is stunning! Our family would highly recommend staying at this location. The views were excellent. I could sit outside in the morning and drink coffee and just relax. The host and his wife spent time with us talking about how they converted the old farm into an excellent Airbnb. Could not believe the homemade craftsmanship items that were inside of the Airbnb. We would recommend this to anyone that is coming to that area.

Everything was exactly as we had hoped. Darja and Borut were extremely friendly and helpful hosts who were always on hand to offer advice and assistance. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!
