Monthly Rentals in Polychrono Beach

Great place with an outstanding, cozy balcony with rocking chair! The apartment matches the photos, kitchen well equipped with large refrigerator. We were there with our child and there was a great baby bed and an Ikea high chair, so perfect. The bathroom is rather small and if you shower too extravagantly, the floor gets wet, but since there is a drain, no problem. There is a washing machine and we also received detergent from the hosts, thank you again. Only the air conditioning does not manage to cool the apartment properly. But thanks to the fan and mosquito nets, you can sleep at night with the windows open.

Lovely apartment with two balconies overlooking the sea. We were 5 adults, but the quarry accommodates 5 adults and one child, as there is another baby bed. Bedsand linens are white and clean. Plenty of clothes hangers. Mania kindly provided an umbrella and chairs for the beach for the entire stay. Everything is working and working. WiFi is very good. There is an iron and a laundry board. The hair dryer is very weak and quite old so we couldn't dry our hair with it. We bought extra oil, sugar in the kitchen. Salt and pepper were. Also bought shower gel and soap (it was not in the unit), shampoo and laundry detergent (left for next visitors). Please note that air conditioning is not included in the cost of the reservation, as well as another tax ( for 5 people we paid 13.5 euros.). We saw this a few days before arrival. But we did not use the air conditioning, as it was quite comfortable. The host is very welcoming and friendly. Quickly communicated and resolved all our issues. The sea and the beach are clean

Communication with Katerina was straightforward, super friendly and fast. The apartment is equipped as described and is close to many restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not hear any of it at night and sleep peacefully. Our highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the spacious balcony and that it is only a few meters to go swimming. Highly recommended.

Very good location, just 3 minutes to the beach on foot. The apartment has Air conditioning and there were no mosquitoes. I didn't realise form the pictures, but the apartment has 2 bedrooms that are very similar. Outside of the kitchen it has a shaded garden with 2 tables and chairs and a little tree. The garden is private in front of the apartment, but it's a duplex and the garden (yard) is shared with the other apartment, but you can close the yard door if you have a dog or little children. Aikaterini is a great host, very responsive and understanding, he accepted our date change request. We had a pleasant stay and recommend the placez especially due to being so close to the beach and a good bakery.
