The excursion to the Heuriger is still one very popular past time activity for many Viennese people. Grinzing is offering a comfortable art of living with a country style character of quietness and green and a flair of chic.

The house with garden is located on the edge of the forest, 1.5 km from Stockerau train station and 10 minutes by bike from the Danube bike path. The house is adjacent to the riverside forest, which is ideal for recreation. The apartment consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms with a total of three beds, and a small living room. The house with a living area of 65m2 is surrounded by a beautiful, well-kept garden. The garden has a size of about 150 m2. Ideal for cozy and relaxing days with the family. The express train station is still in the core zone of Vienna and only a 5-minute walk. By express train, it is about 15 min directly at the Westbahnhof. Hütteldorf in 8 minutes. The Vienna Woods are 2 minutes away. The center with grocery stores is a 15-minute walk or 3 minutes by car.

Whether out into nature or off to the city. This place is the starting point for visiting Vienna, excursions to the Wachau or hikes in the Vienna Woods. It is located only a 7-minute walk to Neulengbach train station. Train connection to Vienna center is optimal, but to the airport is complicated. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We live in the wing next door on the ground floor. We are also available for tips and questions or a little chat.

At approximately 995 m2, this charming log cabin is approx 35m2 with gas boiler / WC / shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator. Cutlery, dishes, pans, radio, coffee maker, towels, 2 persons down, 4 upstairs. A small TV and an Xbox360 and a SAT antenna now allows access to content such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube. There is a small renovated wine celar with 5 different wines from Gernot Reisenthaler to choose.

Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.
