The perfect apartment for families and groups of up to four people who want to spread out. And even on a city trip, you don't want to miss out on a balcony and terrace. We are located in the middle of the beautiful Ottakring district, not far from the Brunnenmarkt and the Ottakringer Brewery. Tram line 2, which is located directly in front of our house, takes you to all the well-known sights in the center in 15 minutes without changing. To Schönbrunn it takes also 15 minutes by Bus 10A.

The apartment is located in the hip 7th district close to the historic city center. You will find yourself in the most interesting part of town with its numerous artisan bakeries, coffee shops and local designer brands. Stroll around in the cozy streets whilst being minutes away from the main city center, reachable by tram, bus or metro in only a couple of minutes. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
