A beautiful spot with an absolutely perfect swimming area. Very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. We felt right at home, and enjoyed every part of our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! We stayed 4 nights in Marta's house. The house is very stylishly decorated and leaves nothing to be desired. Marta is a passionate host, and you can feel it. When we arrived (a little late), she put a fine meat and cheese platter in the fridge for us. We really appreciated this gesture. Marta also provided us with pasta, onions, tomato sauce, Sljivocic, coffee, sugar, etc. Marta was always very accessible but not intrusive. The house is very stylish and modernly furnished. There was nothing missing. The pool is beautiful and very clean. We felt at home and can warmly recommend this place. The house is located in a new residential area in which only 2-3 houses have been completed. Around the house was a construction site, the roads are not yet finished but passable. Marta can't do anything about that, so this negative part is information and for us does not belong in the review of the accommodation, which has earned 5 stars.

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful. Situated on a hill with a great view of the valley towards the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. The house has everything you need. The pool was cleaned every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

I really recommend Anita's apartment. Unquestionable cleanliness, the apartment is great, tastefully decorated and next to the city of Zadar. Thanks again to Anita for hosting us.☺️

Wonderful villa, everything you would need & more! Fabulous for a quiet vacation, but only a short drive and you are at the lakes . Pool and hot tub were perfect and spotless ! Lovely outdoor bbq area , and play area for kids. House itself had everything, spacious and spotless … showers were excellent and beds were super comfortable. Lucija was very kind and gave us fresh eggs and cherries . She was alway on hand if we needed to query anything, yet also had our privacy. Will definitely be back again . Thank you Lucija for a wonderful villa and surroundings .

It was a wonderful vacation. After we were very warmly welcomed by Ante and his wife, there was fresh fruit and wine to welcome us. In addition, we were guided extensively through the house. The great thing was: we have never experienced that a house on site was so much nicer than it was seen in the photos on the booking portal. Everything was modern and very clean. We didn't miss anything. We say a big thank you for the great time in Croatia.

We had a really great vacation. The house is very large and divided into two floors, the outside area and the pool are beautiful and there is plenty of shade. The temperature of the pool was perfect. There are two large tables (by the pool and on a terrace) which are great for eating at. There is also a barbecue which is perfect for large groups. Anita and her family also offer food that can be ordered and delivered for a fair price. Anita is a great host - she is always available and also gave us good tips for beaches or attractions nearby. The location of the house is quiet and about 30 minutes from the airport. Anita‘s family lives next door to the house - so it’s important to keep to the quiet times (10pm-8am) and to avoid loud noises or parties. Our water in the house didn't work for half a day, but Anita was extremely helpful and we were in constant contact with her. All in all, a great stay in a very nice house!
