Vacation rentals with a patio in Polgasowita

We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

Amazing Stay with Wonderful Hosts! My stay at Guari and Suhana’s place was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Guari and Suhana were incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions I had. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend their place to anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience. I would love to stay here again! Best view of the city.

Spent almost a month at this Airbnb,. Amazing place, the beach is just a few meters away and my family loved it. The apartment is well maintained and easily accessible. Very safe for families to stay. We just loved every minute of our stay. The host was very accomodative and responsive. I had an issue with the ACs, was fixed in almost no time. We plan to go back soon. I cannot recommend this place more, it was just so amazing! The location is great! Thanks Subhashi. We love ur place,

Silmiya & Hashir were fantastic hosts - they facilitated our checkin when our flight landed at 2:30am, meeting us at the apartment to give us the keys. The apartment itself is gorgeous and has a great view of the lotus tower with the infinity pool below it. The bedrooms and bathrooms are really clean and nicely decorated, it’s a really pleasant place to stay. Fantastic location, next to Gangaramaya Temple & Colombo City Centre mall, Tuk tuks/cars easily available for fair prices to other places in the city which are in general within 10 minutes. They also gave us some recommendations and helped us with a bit of an incident that happened to us, giving us advice and pointing us to friends they had for better information. Really great hosts, with a great apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you ☺️

A fantabulous stay that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and quality. Will definitely be returning. The fully-equipped open kitchen is a culinary dream – every appliance and utility you could imagine was right at your fingertips The overall cleanliness and organization were simply top-notch. As a bonus, the gym access was a major plus : the equipment was well-maintained. An Absolute Gem.

Only issue if I were to knit pick, Was the bills on top Of the monies already paid. Otherwise the apartment was amazing and I would definitely go back!

The location of the AirBnB is in a wonderful clean and safe neighbourhood next to a lake and a walkable distance from some really nice restaurants and few tourist spots. The place is gated. The rooms are super clean, spacious with a lot useful amenities and a lovely hall. The check-in process was super smooth and Surekha, our host, was very kind to wait till late evening for us. Surekha is amazing, not just as a host, but she is a lovely person to talk to. She made sure we were comfortable and also gave us a much needed run through of what we can see in Colombo — even outside of the usual tourists spots. She went out of her way to send us a comprehensive list that made our last day in Colombo even more special and worthwhile. All in all, we would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come again.

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. This property is a definite recommendation for anyone visiting Colombo. Thanks, Bithika

So glad my friends and I found a home away from home in Ja-ela. Stayed 8 days here. Angela was an amazing host. Location wise, it’s a small town so everything is accessible. Only a 15 minute drive from airport. Supermarket & convenience stores just 10 min ride away/20min walk. However, since the area is residential it’s very quiet and peaceful, some Uber drivers are not familiar with it so they would call first to confirm the location. Get familiar with the area so you can give directions to them. Overall it was clean, especially the toilet and bedrooms which is most important for me. 4 of us shared 2 beds. The living room & dining area are bigger than in the photos! Wifi was fast. Best part of it was that the host stayed right next to the villa, so she was available for anything we needed like gas for the stove or other supplies we needed. Was also very easy to communicate with her by text for help or recommendations. Planning to come back here in my next trip to Ja-ela.

This is a newly built, beautiful and modern little place conveniently located very close to Homagama town. The surrounding is peaceful and private. The host was solid and very responsive. He was very attentive and flexible and tends to your needs. The house is comfortable and beautiful and fitted with all the amenities needed. Highly recommend this place!

Nice place with 24 hours security personnel available. The area is very private and only has about 13 ish houses. The owner Isuru communicates well and attends to matters immediately. We were just only 2 people but the house is ideal for more people with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms where the upstairs master bedroom comes with AC unit which was our main reason to book. Easy access to Kottawa and Piliyandala area. We loved the temple being right across the road. Isuru managed to turn up when we were leaving the house as well.

Second time staying here coz it’s the best place in Colombo. Feels like home, fully equipped kitchen. No traffic noise and just peaceful, but still so close to everything 10mins walk away

My family and I spent a few days at this stunning place. The property is larger and more beautiful than the pictures suggest. We were blown away! I was occupied with bird watching in the morning and afternoon. The view is amazing and the garden is beautiful. The place is perfectly located if you are looking for a peaceful place that feels remote in Colombo. You can get Tuks or taxis to get you to Galle Face or other parts of Colombo. If you are looking to stay in Malabe or Battaramulla - this is unbeatable. We enjoyed the proximity to my wife’s family. We wish we found this place earlier and will very happily recommend it to our friends and stay there again in the future. Thank you, Kaushi, for an unforgettable stay!

we six stayed at this apartment for 10 days. It was amazing, clean, well furnished as well as good responsive host and caretaker(Mr.Thiago). there is no con except a non air-conditioned room which was not mentioned in description clearly. If I visit colombo in future then I'll prefer to stay here again.

The stay at this apartment was great all around! The location is ideal – in just 2–3 minutes' walk you can reach the beach, and in the other direction you can quickly reach the city. Restaurants, shopping and public transport are all very close. The train stops right outside the front door, and with Uber you can be in the city center in less than 10 minutes. The apartment itself is quiet, especially at night, which ensures a restful sleep. Check-in went completely smoothly, and communication with Shiffan was easy and pleasant at all times. A real highlight was the balcony – sitting there in the evening and looking out over the water was pure luxury. I highly recommend this place – we felt very comfortable and would come back any time!

As per the pics and Ramesha was a great host. Late check out was available which was really good. AC worked well and washing machine was fab. WiFi also fast and easy to connect to. Rooftop gym and pool also good.

Was very pleased with finding this apartment as it was in a very convenient location making it easy to go to all the places we needed. The apartment is exactly like the pictures- the ideal size for a small family. Loved how elegantly it was furnished as well, and included all the amenities we required. It’s also fairly spacious for a one bedroom apartment which made it easy to keep our toddler. Eresha is a lovely host, very responsive to all my inquiries and very understanding to our needs. The security is also also very helpful and friendly, which made checking in a smooth process. Highly recommend this place and will definitely book again!

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. The apartment is spacious, clean, there is linen, dishes, washing machine. The hot water is intermittent, the TV during our stay was only working the first day, but it wasn't needed, so we didn't reach out to the host. The host is always available, goes to a meeting, it was necessary to extend the stay - extension without any problems. Right next to the entrance is a great coffee shop with fast free internet. We recommend this place to stay.
