The apartment is great and is suitable for a trip to Gijon. unfortunately, the street is very noisy and the windows are not such that they keep the volume back. Otherwise, everything is great and we would be happy to come back. recommended

We just spent a week and we are delighted with the apartment, the cleanliness, the items they make available to you, the location, how new the apartment is, very comfortable beds. Sonia, the person who welcomed us was super nice and attentive. Parking in the area is a bit difficult, but we were always able to park nearby. We recommend it 100%. If we return to Villaviciosa we will definitely stay with you again. Thank you very much for everything

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! This place was perfect for our visit. The hosts were so helpful from booking changes and requests for additional items. They really went above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend this stay. And look forward to staying here again in our future visits to Oviedo. Just excellent. The views from the master room and the office space were spectacular. The building was easy to access and very close walking to the old city.

Everything is great and very friendly. When I left, I checked out in the early morning in a hurry and left one of the keys in the lock. Luckily, they solved it without any problems and were very kind when they contacted me.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was very clean and complete and the service from the hosts was unbeatable!!

We felt right at home! The apartment was just as shown in the photos: clean, tidy and very cozy. We were pleasantly surprised by how well everything was taken care of. Above all, the children's room was a delight for our 10-month-old daughter, she loved it! Definitely a great option for families.

Had a great stay at Maria’s place! She’s friendly, responds quickly, and keeps in relaxed contact throughout. Lovely house with a pool, hot tub, and games – something for everyone. Great location close to the city. Highly recommended!

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. House in a quiet area, there was a little humidity, but the house had a dehumidifier to use if necessary. It met expectations and Julio Antonio communicated in a friendly and fluent manner throughout the stay

Lovely and peaceful country setting. The house is very well stocked and even with breakfast items. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the area. Very responsive and helpful communication.

Perfect for a ski weekend. A few minutes from San Isidro. Warm, welcoming and with everything you need. From the hosts, everything was easy, good willingness and kindness. We'd repeat it without a doubt.

A lovely place. The house, distributed on three levels, is great for a long stay. In the lower area, there is a garage, a fully-equipped social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen with everything you need (even fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one single double) and a full bathroom. Everything was clean and organized and with pleasant decor. The icing on the cake is a charming porch with a barbecue and lawn... On the upper floor, a double bedroom and an attic with two twin beds. The icing on the cake is a heated salt pool that provides a lot of fun You add to a host who goes out of his way to make things easier for you... and you have a dream place where a 4-day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for a longer time...

The only problem was the parking, but it was well located and the apartment conditions are as explained, everything was very good except the parking

We had an excellent 3 night stay in Pilars beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Pilar gave us several restaurant recommendations, one being La Sifoneria (20 metres away), it was so good we eat there every night! We cannot recommend Pilars apartment highly enough.

We were very good. The description fits what we found. Both Mario and Lili were very nice and a charm. Sitio recommendedado. We were very pleased!

Maria’s place is a gem. We were delighted to stay in her property and she is amazing with customer service and beyond. I was very grateful she took time out of her busy agenda to meet us and share her knowledge of the area. Thanks, Maria we will see you in the near future! Maria and Jose

Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Parking space in the building, convenient and with easy access to the internal elevator. Our children really enjoyed the bedroom equipped with some games. Friendly host, always available and responsive. Very useful tips for visiting the region and for meals. Luanco is a very nice coastal town and convenient as a base for exploring the region.

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

Public parking next door. Very nicely located. Comfortable and with a very nice patio. Lorena was lovely
