Mökki on rakennettu aikoinaan vuonna 1963, ja laajennettu sekä modernisoitu vuonna 2012. Laajat retkeilymahdollisuudet lähiympäristössä ja isäntä voi esim. opastaa pääsyä kelkkailureitille suoraan! Kaunis ja toimiva pikkuyksiö luhtitalossa, rauhallisella alueella, luonnon helmassa, Näsijärven rannalla. Asunnossa on tukeva ja turvallinen makuuparvi mutta ei sovellu liikuntarajoitteiselle henkilölle. Tilaa jää isolle sohvastolle jossa rentoutua .Varsinainen tilaihme! Kylpyhuoneessa on myös pyykinpesukone Katetulla terassilla on grillausmahdollisuus. Tampereelle n. 30 km. Kohteeseen pääsee bussilla. Mutta oma auto on tarpeellinen. Kohteeseen voit saapua myös veneellä, Maksuton Wi-Fi

Huvilalla ei sallita railakasta juhlintaa. Majoitusmaksuun sisältyvät vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet, hinta huomioitu siivousmaksussa.

Lemmikkieläimet eivät ole sallittu tähän kohteeseen.
