Vacation rentals with beach access in Podgorica

Vlado is a great host. He met us near AMI hotel and helped us with our luggage. We had cleaning every week of staying. Vlado gave us a remote for a gate when we took a car for rent. We asked for blankets and he gave us blankets. Our staying was great!

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was clean and comfortable and a short walk to the beaches. Nadya was very helpful and always quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Well furnished apartment equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Great location with a supermarket in the building and across the street from the beach. Absolutely fantastic and responsive host who was in touch before and during my stay. Very highly recommended.

Le logement est situé dans les hauteurs avec une vue sur le lac magnifique dans un endroit très calme. Nous avons été accueilli par une femme extraordinaire qui ne parle pas anglais mais qui nous a proposé des boissons, des gateaux et des fruits avec gentillesse. Nous sommes allées à la plage privé par le petit sentier, c'etait incroyable. Je recommande xe logement, il faut juste avoir bien en tête qu'il n'y a pas de quoi cuisiner du tout à part un frigo et que les premiers restaurants sont à Rijeka, à 10 min en voiture.

The two of us enjoyed this expansive flat right above the beach promenade for a wonderful week of walking swimming in the sea, and sampling of a variety of restaurants up and down a very walkable coast. While the two bedrooms are more than we needed, it was great to feel that there was so much interior space not only in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but also a huge balcony where we spent many hours watching the world go by. We had cafés and restaurants that were literally two minutes outside of our door, and an endless beach and sea to swim in. There’s also a quick water taxi that can take you into old town Budva if you don’t want to walk the 4 km., and obviously taxis can take you back for the short ride. We will definitely stay here again! So amazingly, relaxing with great sun and sea!

Our stay was excellent, apartment is spacious, clean and fully equipped. There is parking in front of apartment which is amazing. As well, our host was very helpful. We definitely reccomend this place.

Ein großes Dankeschön an Daria und ihre Familie für ihre Gastfreundschaft und ihre Aufmerksamkeit für Details. Sie waren immer erreichbar und bereit, in jeder Situation zu helfen. Domek byl okouzlující a připomínal mi prázdniny u moře. Ubytování je v oblasti Podgorice Stara Varoš, což je nejstarší část města s doposud vesnickým charakterem, ale velmi blízko centra a všeho potřebného. Okolí a blízkost řeky dodávají místu specifické kouzlo. V domku je všechno, co po příjezdu a během pobytu můžete potřebovat, jako byste přijeli domů. K dispozici je i dvorek s posezením. Jen některé okolní domy jsou obydlené, takže je tam úplné soukromí, a zároveň jsou kolem sousedé, takže místo na mě jako na ženu cestující samostatně působilo velmi bezpečně. Pokud se do Podgoride někdy vrátím, určitě si zase ráda pronajmu tento domek.

If you are looking for a remote and beautiful place by the lake this place is perfect. Lidija and her family are kind and made us wonderful food and drinks for a weekend and showed us great hospitality. We got picked up by boat (make sure you don’t take too much baggage when you go) and had a little tour on the lake which was amazing. There was some issues with electricity but they quickly fixed it for us and we had a comfortable stay!

We had an incredible time at this beautiful villa! The infinity pool with its stunning sea views was definitely a highlight, and the lush garden surrounding the house created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs terrace, enjoying drinks and soaking in the views. Inside, the villa was just as impressive—spacious and tastefully decorated with unique vintage lamps. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the games room was a fun bonus for movie nights. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and the marble bathrooms were a nice touch of luxury. The location was perfect too—private, yet just a short drive to nearby beaches, charming towns, and great restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the beach in just 10-15 minutes. This villa was the perfect place for a family holiday, and we can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

This place was exactly what we were looking for after a busy 5 days on the Montenegrin coastline. The location suited us perfectly for a peaceful end to our already amazing trip, with the calmness of the river and the array of wildlife making it extra special. The house very spacious with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors. Although Drazen does not speak English, the daughter was able to translate and offer support with any issues we had and Drazen himself was incredibly kind and would help with any matter or issue. The local breakfast made for us every morning was the perfect way to start the day. If you also have additional time, go to lake skadar and take a tour of the lake, it’s only a 30 minute drive. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm retreat! A true hidden gem.

So peaceful and lovely! Plenty for the kids with the pool, hammock and trampolining, plus go carting 8 mins drive away and the beautiful scenery, stunning!

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

Super accueil de momo qui nous attendait au parking du restaurant Voie rapide à traverser mais rien de bien méchant si on est prudent et surtout pour la maison que l’on a de l’autre côté !! Nuit avec les grenouilles Plus de train qui passe vers 21h donc nuit paisible Merci !!!!

We like apartment very much - very clean, well-equipped. The owner Carolina is very helpful, gave us advices and answered within 5 minutes. The photos are real. The only problem was slow internet but it is even better as we did not spend much time scrolling phones. The parking lot is a good advantage as it is really challenging to find a parking space in this area.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. La description et les photos sont conformes à l'appartement. Ce dernier est très bien placé dans la petite ville de Rijeka (à proximité d'une supérette, des restaurants et de la rivière). Ivana est de très bons conseils pour les restaurants à proximité et est très réactive quand nous avons une question. Elle nous a aussi conseillé de faire une promenade en barque avec son papa au coucher du soleil sur le lac Skadar. Expérience incroyable, que nous vous recommandons vivement ! Vous pouvez réserver votre séjour chez Ivana les yeux fermés.

We had a lovely stay at Tatiana‘s apartment for 9 nights. The location is beautiful, literally steps away from the sea. And the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with Tatiana was perfect- very helpful and quick. Would definitely recommend!

Sanja şu ana kadar konakladığımız yerler arasında iletişimi en iyi olan ve en hızlı yanıt alabildiğimiz ev sahibi oldu. Ev görsellerdekiyle bire bir. Güzel ve rahat bir konaklama geçirdik. Ev konum itibariyle birçok yere gidebildiğimiz orta bir noktadaydı. Biz çok memnun kaldık, Sanja’ya teşekkür ederiz.

Diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft von Marvin bietet eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, die die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft – insbesondere was den Panorama-Blick betrifft. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Bardzo fajne miejsce, w 100% zgodne z opisem, gospodarz bardzo dba o klientów, odpowiedzi na wiadomości i pytania dot. różnych kwestii w tempie expresowym o różnych porach dnia, a transport jaki można zamówić w dobrych cenach i od ręki w różne miejsca. Bardzo polecam na mile spędzony czas w przepięknej Czarnogórze.
