Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

Charming University Home with big yard!

I am so happy that I stumbled upon this amazing place. I cannot say enough about the beautiful private backyard. It was just such an overall great experience. The house was clean it was a lot bigger in person. The beds were very comfortable. Water pressure was amazing in the shower. Literally one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Pocatello. And so peaceful. The host was extremely helpful very responsive and communicated very well the whole time. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this to anyone. If you get a chance to find an open day don't miss out on this amazing place. I can't wait to go back. Thank you for hosting us! We couldn't have had a better experience wish we could have stayed longer.

Great place to stay! We had a graduation party and she knew we would be checking in later so, the porch light and back light was on and everything was easy. She had left the ac on for us as well so it was nice and cool, very thoughtful. Bed was good, shower was hot and it had all of the little kitchen amenities we needed including water in the fridge. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing! We come to lava on a family trip each year. Our familt stays at the KOA so the location was such easy access to them, the market, the pool, and the rest of lava. Our kids loved it and it was such a great space with everything we needed to cook meals, etc. The beds are super comfy! Highly recommend staying here.

This place was adorable and the hot tub was perfect considering the weather dropped in temperature the weekend we booked it. It was cozy and within walking distance to ISU where we had an event to attend and the surrounding restaurants were delicious! I highly recommend Elmer’s for breakfast and goodies had the best sandwiches and Pizza.

We needed a last minute Air B&B and was grateful this was available. It was a great location for restaurants and to Idaho State University. She had additional goodies like cheese, crackers, sweet treats, bottled water, and coffee. We will need a place next February and will book again if available! Highly recommend!!
