Fresh renovations!! Stylish and Comfortable Apartment with Character. This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Premium towels, sheets, and mattress, 4k TV with a Netflix account for guests only, coffee, a tea kettle with a selection of our favorite teas. Washer and Dryer are also available for use. Our space has many hand painted accents that were done by my Wife who studied art in St. Petersburg, Russia. We hope you will love and enjoy this cute space .

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

It is located in an upscale area with incredible, sweeping views of the area and surrounding mountains. You can often glimpse deer and other wildlife from the windows and off the deck. During the summer months, the landscaping is spectacular. There is a balcony area with a bistro set to enjoy a meal or beverage while enjoying the scenic views.
