We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Enjoy this MIDDLE level flat of a home built in 1924. This studio has a living space with a full kitchen and a full bathroom. The bed is in what would be the dining room. There is a desk with a printer/scanner/copier. Because of the age of the home, the suite is small and has squeaky floors (YOU WILL HEAR GUESTS upstairs and downstairs if the either flat is booked). The 4 stairs to the flat are narrow and steep. 15-min walk from downtown Plymouth. 20-min drive to the airport. PLEASE READ BELOW!

There are sitting areas all around to inspire & a perimeter path to walk. There are dirt roads to travel, so drive slow & watch for deer. Winter roads are an adventure!

This is a private guest suite (FULL lower level walkout - approx 1,750 sq ft) within our larger 3-story occupied home. A comfortable home-away with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, living room, and kitchen with full-frig, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric range, toaster oven, microwave and counter that seats 6. New mattresses, bedding, pillows, and towels. Guests welcome to use back patio area with natural fire pit, covered pavilion with gas fire feature, grill and hot tub. Great Wifi and Smart TV.
