Monthly Rentals in Plum Island

We had a wonderful four days on Plum Island. It has been a special place for me and my wife throughout our life together and discovering Joyce's rental makes it likely we will return soon again to enjoy all the island and Newburyport continues to offer. She was wonderful as a host and the apartment was exceptional.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Mothers' Day Weekend stay at Michael's place on Plum Island! The area is beautiful and it was so convenient to Parker River NWR. Downtown Newburyport, Salisbury Beach, and Seabrook, NH were all close enough for quick trips, too. There was some noise from people walking above but nothing out of the ordinary. We would definitely stay again!

This was my second time staying at the pink cottage and both times our stay was amazing. It also rained both times! Close to downtown Newburyport and steps from the beach this is a prime location for both a private place and close to good food, and shopping. Michael was a responsive host and check in was easy via locked box. The cottage is stocked with basics and items you can use to take to the beach. Will definitely return !

A gem for ALL seasons! I've now had the delight of staying at Pam's place for parts of each season. My springtime visit was so comfortable, harmonious & beautiful... complete with a variety of flowers budding & blooming all around the property & birdsongs in the air! Pam & her family are truly wonderful hosts who make one feel right at home. Amazing place & people.
