Detached house with equipped kitchen, TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Staircase access to the bedroom ( not accessible to people with disabilities) Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h, Trégastel and Trébeurden accessible, 15 minutes by car, the entire coast of Granit Rose to discover, it's just very beautiful. Small house close to all amenities 5 min from the beautiful air area food trade, clothing, pharmacy.... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (common) behind the house with games for children. We have a baby crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer a linen option at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.
