Balcony view to the orchard with meadow and pond. Separate entrance / hallway, 1 bedroom for parents with double bed and crib. 2 cozy sleeping galleries under the roof with round windows, one for schoolchildren and one for 2 teenagers or young adults. Children's area can be separated by a curtain.

My place is close to the city center, the fjord and the Baltic Sea, the university and Holtenauer Straße. The Kunsthalle and the old botanical garden are within walking distance. You'll love my place because of the view of the fjord, the perfect location, decor, and amenities, and last but not least, the lovely host.
