this small house is unique and close to all sites and amenities on foot or by bike, which will facilitate the planning of your visit (the castle of Trevarez 4 kilometers away, the Nantes-Brest canal 2 kilometers away, the forest of HUELGOAT 30 kilometers away, the beach of Saint-Nic and others. accommodation with 2 bedrooms (one on the ground floor with a 140 x 190 bed, the other upstairs with an electric 2 x 80 x 200 bed and storage, in the living room there is a 2-seater sofa bed.

There is a lovely sea view from the bedroom and even from the shower room. You can also admire the sea from the sofa downstairs, and from your own patio area in the garden, where you can relax after a day of exploring and watch the sun set over the ocean.

Located on the heights of Pont-Aven, within our property, the fully renovated and equipped "penty" can accommodate you to stay for a few days and discover Pont-Aven, and the many hiking trails along the Aven and Belon rivers. The first beaches such as Port Manech, Kerfany, Dourveil... are 15/20 minutes drive away. The cottage has a semi-enclosed terrace that is completely independent and not overlooked. Parking is private, located on the property.
