My wife and I spent a fantastic week here with friends and family! The villa is light, modern, and spacious. The surrounding hills / mountains are beautiful. The view of the Adriatic, while partially obscured by construction, is stunning. The location is great: close to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Stocking up at Studenac or Konzum a few miles away was convenient! Note that getting here can be tricky - GPS can be a bit off and coming from Cavtat / the airport takes a near 180° turn. Some Ubers struggled finding us. Lukša was an excellent host. He’s communicative and quick to assist with any request / issue. His recommendation of a private dinner by Chef Dario was a highlight - Dario and his team were accommodating and the meal exceptional! The maids were warm, attentive, and having daily breakfast is incredible. Small tip - if you plan to request laundry service, bring a laundry bag or perhaps Lukša could provide one in the future! Highly recommend a stay here if you’re visiting Dubrovnik!

If you are looking for paradise: this is it! We loved this House, the atmosphere, the fantastic view, the privacy, beautiful pool and the best pool chairs ever. There is a place to grill on woodfire and the garden is so beautiful and green and with flowers. Every room has it's own bathroom whitch is luxury. We loved every minute, so did our teenage kids, they loved the pingpongtable especially. thank you Lidija is a very nice host. We'll come back!

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful accommodation right by the water. The pool, the view and the still water outside made the days flow together in a calm, almost meditative pace. The place is located in a very quiet little town – perfect for total relaxation, although it may have been a little too quiet for our 21-year-old. But we never got bored: we paddled kayak and SUP, fished, cycled along the coast and ended each evening with a barbecue dinner and an incredible sunset over the beautifully lit bridge. It's only 10 km to Dubrovnik's old town, which made it easy to get into more life and movement when we wanted a change. A perfect combination of peaceful nature, seaside activities and proximity to culture and history.

5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sandra’s house in Croatia was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at home. The house is beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to explore the nearby beaches and local restaurants. Sandra was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. She made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing and stress-free stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Sandra’s place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing Croatian getaway!

We recently stayed at Villa Blue Dream in Pisek, and it met all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality from Ivana and Joško, who were incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The villa itself is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms that are tastefully decorated and equipped with all modern amenities. One of the highlights was the stunning outdoor area. The infinity pool offered breathtaking views across the bay, and outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. There’s a hot tub and lots of lovely sitting areas to enjoy the view. Ivana and Joško were kind enough to share some of their lovely wine and olive oil in their amazing wine cave. The location is also ideal—close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. Would recommend car as nearest restaurants are a decent walk (uphill on way back) Ivana recommended some great places to eat. It’s a gem.

Ivica was spectacular from the start of our booking. He went above and beyond. He welcomed us to his lovely home that was beyond our dreams. The view was amazing. All the different hang out areas were great for our family. The hot tub and pool view blew our mind. Ivica and his family were so welcoming and gave us fresh produce from their garden, coffee, milks, and different food items. He was so accommodating and gave us great recommendations for everything in the area. I wish I could have stayed forever. I will come back again and recommend all my friends and family to stay. You won’t be disappointed with this home. Croatia stole my heart. I can’t wait to come back.

I highly recommend Villa Paulina — it’s a fantastic place to stay. The villa offers a variety of outdoor spaces that are well-connected yet separate enough to give everyone their own privacy without feeling crowded. The pool, while not large, is lovely and well-maintained, with plenty of loungers for all guests. It’s conveniently located next to the outdoor dining area, which includes its own kitchen in addition to the main kitchen inside the house. This setup makes it really easy to prepare food and drinks without needing to go back and forth. The surrounding area is peaceful and beautifully scenic, though it is somewhat remote, so renting a car is essential for getting to shops and exploring the area. The hosts are incredibly responsive, helpful, and live locally. They personally check you in and give a full tour of the property upon arrival. They're always available to answer questions, help book excursions, or recommend local restaurants.

This is a beautiful, modern and well furnished and equipped house with the most stunning view.! 7 of us stayed in the house and had the most relaxing holiday, spending most of our time lounging on the terrace, dipping into the clear waters of the Adriatic and generally enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The small village has several beach coves and is perfectly peaceful. A word of warning …….we visited late May/early June and neither of the restaurants or the shop were open. The village is not in a bus route, so a car would be a good idea if you are visiting early or late in the season. Elisha was a fantastic host who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable, arranging taxis and even allowing a late check out which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Voho was amazing. We had two couples staying halfway through our European vacation. This was the perfect spot. We were a mile walk (about 20 minutes) from Old Town Dubrovnik, so we were close but away from the noise. The view was spectacular. We spent evenings and mornings on the patio simply relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for four people although we didn’t use the living room at all because we spent so much time outside on the patio. We were all able to do laundry mid-trip, which was nice. We were able to pick up breakfast basics up the street and make nice meals outside of a restaurant with the kitchen amenities and walk into Old Town for amazing dinners and sight seeing. Voho could not have been a better host. We feel like we found a friend with him and the drivers he arranged for us. The only negative was that we did not have more time so we will definitely return!

The house was wonderful - stylish and well thought out and also really homely. We loved the outside area for meals and chilling out and the owners had thought of everything to make it a really comfortable stay. Our 3 children, 15, 13 and 11 thought it was awesome too and they can be difficult to please 😂. Great location in a lovely village with a small supermarket a short walk away. Tomislav gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, beaches and islands to visit. We had a really amazing holiday.

Amazing, spacious accommodation with a lovely terrace overlooking the beach and close to all the local amenities. Super restaurants within walking distance and good recommendations from the host who were friendly and responsive. We had a fantastic time. Thank you!

We are delighted with the accommodation! Fully equipped accommodation to the smallest detail, even a tablet for the dishwasher. We were greeted with a gift of the house (drinks, fruit,…). The host offered to wait for us at the agreed place to make it easier for us to find the house. We had the option of early check-in. Everything was clean and the host gave us tips and advice on local attractions. We'll come again!

I cannot say enough about this amazing host. 10/10. From the moment we booked the villa Mariela was on hand to help with every step of the process. From airport transfers, to organising a rental car, to local recommendations, they did it all. Also one of the most responsive hosts I have come across. Every message was swiftly answered with a very helpful reply. As for the villa, wow! The scenery is absolutely stunning and the villa itself was pristine. with both indoor and outdoor cooking facilities there's plenty opportunities to cook in the villa, or local restaurants too. Lots of places to lounge around outside and take in the views. Overall we had the best time and would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. It will be a treat for sure.

Absolutely stunning place! Felt like staying in a castle or a really nice hotel that you have all to yourself! One thing to be aware of is for check-in. The address they give you is nearby, not the actual address of the place. Once you arrive, they will meet you and escort you to the place. This is to remove any confusion on finding the place. I would have liked to understand ahead of time that is what they were doing because it seemed weird when we arrived at the address and it was not what we expected. No big deal, just something to be aware of.

The house was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and tidy and was decorated to perfection, we had everything we needed including all of the little things ( toastie machine, sanitary wear and cotton pads in the bathroom) The views from this villa are breathtaking they are even better than the pictures. The pool is very big which is perfect for the amount of guests. Ines was super helpful in organising taxis for us and going to the villa when we left a phone when we were on a day trip. My one piece of advice if your planning to stay in this villa would be to rent a car as we didn’t, and taxis can get very expensive ( €70 going to Dubrovnik, €40 to Cavtat etc) The closest supermarket is around a 10/15 minute drive it is walkable but it is a lot of up and down hill. The hosts even gave us a little gift when we were leaving which was so thoughtful! They provided us with milk juice, fresh bread cheese’s ham’s and fruit for when we arrived! Thank you so much for letting us stay!

It not only welcomes, it also gives a deep feeling of security and arrival. The furnishings are high-quality, stylish and chosen with noticeable attention to detail. Hot tub and pool? Luxurious retreats with real class that don't just promise relaxation, but make it possible. Everything looks thoughtful, very neat and supported by soothing tranquility. And Ana and Josip? Hosts from another world – warm, mindful, sensitive and dignified. Their peka, the freshly caught fish, the fine potato salad, their homemade wine – all gifts that touched us very deeply. Our little dogs were also welcomed with open hearts. This place has given us far more than time: memory, depth, gratitude. Something lasting. Thank you – from the bottom of my heart!

Toni was very friendly and accommodating. It was late when we arrived yet he made the effort to meet us in person upon our arrival so that he could tell us all we needed to know. The accommodation was excellent. The view was spectacular and the apartment was modern, well equipped and spacious. The pool and recreation area (where the table tennis was located) was a great place to hang out after a busy day. I cannot recommend this place enough and will miss the stunning views. Toni was all you could ask for in a host.

This place is easily the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at and I travel A LOT. You can’t beat the view and the amenities. The pool, hot tub and sauna combination was out of this world. The stone work on this house is so perfect and clean. We really enjoyed relaxing at Rita’s!

Dreamtime Villa was one of the best AirBnB villa's we stayed in. The villa is spacious, as indicated on the site. Anz who is Marko's son he is present at the villa 24x7, which is a great help. He takes care of all the needs and that was an added advantage. He was reachable whenever required and has super knowledge about the area. The Villa is around 30 min drive from Lustica Bay where there are lots of nice restaurants and grocery. Villa has sizable swimming pool, pool table and lot of facilities to keep you and kids busy at the villa.

Our host Maro was there to meet us and show us around since there is so much to discover. He was very attentive to our questions and needs. He even recommended some places to go and what to do based on our questions. He was really helpful throughout our whole stay. We surprised our family with this stay. They were all without words. It was an amazing place. It looked even better than in the pictures. It was private and beautiful. Everyone had their own space to enjoy. Both teens and adults enjoyed the game room area. We all enjoyed cooking both indoor and outdoor. The pool area was the best of hangouts for us. The all around views were so relaxing. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was one of the highlights of our vacation. We would definitely come back.

Stjepan's place is exactly what we want, to feel at home and comfortable without compromises. All furniture, textiles, furnishings are brand new and represent high quality. The staff who maintain the house communicate quickly and well and keep the house in excellent order.

We arrived at the house without any problems and all four of us were really pleasantly surprised by the house and the great surroundings. Everything was available in the house for the first day. We then went shopping to be able to take care of ourselves in the house. The house, the area - just everything fantastically beautiful - keep it up! We would come back. You just deserve five stars!!
