Saint Laurent de la mer is a residential area by the sea. Located 5 km from St Brieuc station and 3 km from the bequeathed station. The 35 m2 studio is less than 50 meters from the Bleuets beach and the gr34. Refurbished you have a comfortable living room with its small kitchenette ,a bathroom as well as a south-facing terrace for long reveries . You have at your disposal duvet sheets and bath towels.
