Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is five minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king and three twins) and has a large gravel parking lot.

Tucked into the trees, this simple little house is even more private than our other listing, but just a few hundred feet away. Same great views and access to local mountain bike trails, hiking, fishing, etc. The horse and donkey love to eat out of your hand and you can arrange to meet the pig, other critters, and see the food and flower truck patch upon request. My family of 6 had the most amazing time in London staying at Gana and Kevin’s fifth wheel!!! The fifth wheel is absolutely fabulous but not amazing than its owners. Both Gana and Kevin are such loving and kind people who really care about others. Meeting sincere people is so rare in our world today and they truly are it! We were there for 3 weeks and never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. Gana was just a message away for any questions and Mr. Kevin was always available if we were having a learning curve with the RV. They are both so knowledgeable!!! They have thought about everything you would need to enjoy your time there at the fifth. The patio and hot tub are a very special touch. I want to purchase one myself now!!! Everything was splendid and we would love to comeback again!

We had a great stay at Kelli and Steve’s! The house was clean, modern, and beautiful. Kelli personally met us and checked us in. She gave us a helpful tour of the house and where to find everything. The kids loved the snacks (sorry Kelli, I think they cleaned you out!) and the pool. The pool was clean and ready for fun. Thanks for a great stay!

Jerry and Amy’s place is exactly as described. Beautiful grounds with many flowering plants. The house was perfect for our two night stay. Very clean, cozy and welcoming. We felt right at home and safe in their neighborhood. We enjoyed exploring Mt. Nebo and the Dardanelle State Park/Lake for beautiful sunsets despite the rain showers. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Jerry and Amy were so kind to accommodate us and made us feel welcome. Thank you for a delightful and relaxing stay! Rhonda & John B. Sherita is an amazing person and so friendly to talk to. My husband and I enjoyed our evening talks with the host and watching her care for all of the barn animals from the horses to the chickens and goats and cats and dogs. she recommended nice morning walks to see the sunset and trails leading to creeks. our stay was quiet and restful in a truly beautiful environment. each morning before we went out she had hot water and coffee ready along with cream and even offered us fresh eggs from the hens. if you are looking for a country stay where you can relax under the stars BBQ and feel at Home while seeing the great outdoors we highly recommend Sheritas place as it is a true hidden gem.

Chucks dad was very friendly. He stopped in and told us about the history of the house. When my car broke down he gave us suggestions as to where we could get it fixed. This lovely home has many vintage features. It was quiet and peaceful. The little sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable

Brittany’s place is the perfect getaway in the mountains! The inside touches and finishes are perfect and the view and surrounding area leave nothing to be desired. The only bad thing is that I didn’t stay longer! Would definitely stay again
