Beachfront vacation rentals in Playa Máquina

The place is cosy and the view very beautiful, with beautiful sunset. We spend pleasant days. Host Josefa always watches with us. The place is a very quiet fishing village, where all the accommodations and restaurants are located. Dali arrives walking along the beautiful Larga beach (where there is only one hotel).

What an amazing location, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the coast. We ate both breakfast and dinner each day, it was great quality and there was plenty to eat. The host was so friendly and arranged a trip for us to go and see the flamingoes at the local nature park, this was worth doing (if you like wildlife) as the number of bird species there was impressive. I would highly recommend this place if you want to stay right on the beach with a friendly, attentive host.

Ismel and Katy's welcome was warm and authentic, as if we were part of the family. The house is perfectly located, with stunning views of the Bay of Pigs. Katy delighted us with delicious and homemade meals, three times a day. She is undoubtedly one of the best cooks we have met in Cuba. We loved exploring the village thanks to Ismel, who showed us the local treasures. This stay was a total immersion in Cuban culture and a real moment of relaxation. We highly recommend this place for those looking for a warm welcome and authentic experience in Cuba.

We had a very pleasant stay, with great emphasis on the stunning view that the place offers. The atmosphere is quiet, well cared for and welcoming. An important differentiator of the accommodation is the fact that there is a power generator, which made all the difference during blackouts that take place in Cuba. Vale is only a gentle observation about the exit: we were with a lot of luggage and we had a bit of difficulty in getting a shuttle to the bus stop. Although the hostess was friendly, there was no direct indication of taxi or bici-taxi for this excerpt. With the help of locals, we managed to solve it. Nothing that compromised the experience, but it's good to be aware of this logistical point, especially if you have a lot of suitcases. Overall, we recommend hosting!

Very simple bungalow right on the beach. Within walking distance, there are a few small shops and about three restaurants, all run by very friendly people. Overall, there’s nothing to complain about — this is Playa Larga in Cuba, so it’s best to read about the place before coming. This is definitely not for posh travelers looking for a typical beach holiday, but if you’re willing to explore this beautiful area, this is the perfect place for you. And we can’t forget MANU and his very kind family, who prepared delicious breakfasts and took care of us throughout our entire stay. Love you all, and hopefully we can see you again at some point! House and its welcoming exteriors. The house is spacious and its 3 bedrooms are great. very good bedding. We were able to enjoy the decent breakfast that Lucia offers while enjoying the nice terrace and the view.

Anamaris place was great. Here is September and each room had an air conditioning unit which helped a lot. We could not ask for a better host, she was so welcoming and made us feel like family. Our main reason for coming was to scuba dive and she made it so easy. We got picked up and dropped off right by the airbnb. Playa Giron is a small town catering to tourists, so there are lots of bars and restaurants. So everywhere we ate and drank was short walk. If we get the opportunity to visit playa giron again we will 100% stay with Anamaris again.

Great location ,peaceful and beautiful. Great breakfast and our host was helpful and faultless. Great private space with seating and loungers. All local amenities very close by. We loved it and would highly recommend. Thank you
