Private apartment/suite space part of the main house w private entry access, kitchenette, living room, private bathroom w/shower, pool and grill access. The apartment has its own entrance and parking space. It is connected to the main house as a suite. There is a locked door that separates the space from the rest of the house. It is a private space, not a stand alone apartment. Secure/gated neighborhood within walking distance of the fashionable Coconut Creek Promenade. 20/min to the Beach.
“The place was modest but it had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood felt safe. It was a bit tricky getting into the community, but we found the way. Jan was really nice and she answered our questions very quickly. The space is private but connected to the home, so you can occasionally hear the pluming etc, but it’s certainly not unbearable. There is a pool in the back yard and a community pool as well. Overall it was a great choice and I would definitely stay again.”
Studio , few minutes drive to the Beach
“Great little serene oasis close to all the action of Pompano Beach! Great location very close to beaches, great restaurants, South Florida activities! Yet in the middle of it all Vanessa and Gabriel have created a peaceful, restorative Zen garden with a waterfall, coy pond and a Zen garden for meditation. So wonderful to have enjoyed in the middle of all the stress from the last few days!”
This beach hacienda is romantic, secluded, and close to the water! Just two short blocks away from the sand, and far enough from the main road so as to ensure quiet and privacy. If you're looking for a fun getaway, or a comfortable business trip, you can't do much better than this! The home is freshly renovated, and new to Airbnb. The intracoastal, boardwalk, brewery and restaurants are all within very short walking distance. Enjoy an island getaway, here in Sunny Pompano Beach Florida.
“This place was perfect for me. It’s in a great location, clean and very comfortable. I can’t add anything more than what’s very accurately described by the host. I had one issue with spotty internet and Chris was very quick to reboot the cable modem for me which got me back up and online quickly. Very important when you’re working remotely as an IT consultant. Other than that, here’s a few things that kicked this place up a notch for me: - I’m a tea drinker and being a ‘minority’ to coffee drinkers, carry my own tea bags when I travel. First night I didn’t really bother opening cabinets so I made coffee the following morning because the coffee maker was right there on the counter. As I was looking around for cream, sugar, etc. imagine my joy when I found a tea kettle! Gold star. - Door code was customized to last 4 of my phone number. I didn’t have to remember some random code. - I’m a little disappointed that I did not have the opportunity to do this, but if you do, I implore you to make a spaghetti dinner there one day. It’s likely the only Airbnb you’ll stay at which comes with a spaghetti serving fork! A nice one too. “Chef” fans will appreciate that. Everything else was exactly as advertised and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended. And thank you Chris!”
