We offer a private floor that sleeps up to 10 people in our complex that includes a master bedroom attached private bath, 2nd bedroom with a bathroom across the hallway 3rd bedroom with bathroom 4th floor with view, full kitchen. Our condo offers private parking, located in a peaceful great neighborhood that is close to shopping and dinning areas, is a 5 minute drive to Downtown and the cities beautiful blue beaches.

Building 1 is complete and fully functional, where our unit is. Building 2 is under construction, however, no construction is currently underway. Parking is free. No Pets.

(1) Apartment with comfortable and affordable space

It is an apartment 2 blocks from the boardwalk so if you do not have a car on your trip you will have no problem, everything is close. It is a simple space for that same reason it is economical, it is working to improve it more and more. it has all the services as well as a space for parking. If you bring pets, it is important to mention that the fee is per pet if you bring more than one you have to pay extra directly with me 200 pesos per night, per pet !!
