Apartamento Carmen II "Ferrol"

Spectacular duplex in a fully renovated 18th century stately building located in the heart of the central Magdalena neighborhood. The apartment preserves the original wooden beams and the magnificent wooden galleries -emblema of the city- from which you can enjoy as a "floating garden" the Canton of Molíns, a fabulous alameda full of magnolias and other pioneering species in Galicia. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed, and an abuhardillada with two twin beds. It also has two fully equipped bathrooms with shower dishes; full kitchen with appliances and kitchenware and open-concept living room with TV and WiFi. A very special accommodation, from which to enjoy the city and the charms of the modernist footprint. IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!! This home has radiator heating enabled from November to April. By calling for responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest winter months oscillate between 6º and 15º C, we will have heating available in two time slots: one morning and the other afternoon, always maintaining a comfortable temperature that oscillates between 18º and 20º C. The maximum ignition time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours a day, depending on the weather. Guests can choose their operating hours based on their living habits. It is important to understand that heating a home like ours (150 sq. meters) is not the same as heating a smaller hotel room type stay (15 sq. meters).

Housing inscribed Xunta VUT-CO-008037 N’Auba is located in the quiet village of San Felipe, former fishing village on the shore of the Ferrol estuary. One step away from the house there are two protected beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and just 15 minutes from the surfer paradise just 15 minutes away. 2.8 km away by car is the village of La Graña, where there are bars and just 15 min. by car is Ferrol with supermarkets, pharmacies or any other need. San Felipe is famous for its castle, which can be visited for free.

40-meter sunset ready to spend a few days by the sea in the village of Ares. All windows overlooking the ocean. In less than a minute walk we are on the beach. Elevator. The kitchen items are new and has everything you need for comfortably cooking. A bedroom with a double bed. A living room-kitchen with a sofa bed for two people. A bathroom with shower. Equipped with an imposing pool (available from May to September, both included), relaxation areas and barbecue, it is perfect for a family holiday. It is just a few meters from Playa del Raso.
