This home was perfect! In a luxury, private peaceful gated community of Buenaventura. Home was exactly what we were looking for while celebrating our 25th anniversary. You can lounge by the backyard pool or walk 50 feet and play in the hotel pool! Very well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and last but not least it always so reassuring to have a good host that you can rely on. Sandra and Esi were just that!

Rustic house sitting on a gorgeous property in a beautiful town! Two large outdoor areas to relax and soak in the beauty of the property. Location is just one block from the main street making it an easy walk to town. The kitchen is dated but had the basics needed for our cooking needs.

Booked this gorgeous house for the weekend to celebrate my Mom’s birthday, and honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. The place was spotless, exactly like the photos, and in a lovely gated community that felt super safe. Just a short spin from the beach, and the amenities were absolutely class — everything we needed and more. Tatiana & Heyler were brilliant hosts, always quick to respond and really easy to deal with. We were even able to check out a bit later, which was a lovely bonus. Thanks again for helping make my Mom’s birthday so special — we had a beautiful stay. Would 100% recommend!

Excellent service from the host Jennifer, always very attentive. The place is spectacular as seen in the photos, with plenty of space and areas to share, everything is very clean and tidy. 100% recommended for spending a few days with friends or family.

Our large family had a great stay. Plenty of room inside and outside to accommodate everyone. We loved the pool and outdoor BBQ area. Host was very quick to respond and resolved our issues. The house is beautiful but it does need some TLC to freshen everything up like it shows in all the pictures. The beach is like 10 min walk and doable and there is a calmer beach on one side and waves on the other side. They did tell us that we were not allowed to use the community pool that it was only for residents which was a little disappointing.

Sergio’s place was simply amazing. I loved sitting outside smelling the fresh avocado trees and relaxing in the pool. Sergio was responsive and gave great recommendations. Emeralda was so helpful ! Her cooking was better than restaurants we ate locally. I highly recommend the BBQ mix . It was awesome!

We are repeated custumers, we love this place, on the beach, clean, it has all you need, it is a home away from home. I love cooking, this place has a kitchen with all you need to put a meal together. There is a big supermarked near by, it is located at about an hour from El Valle, if you are a hiker, then you can enjoy beautiful hike in el Valle and still stay at burmas and enjoy both the beach and the mountains for an amazing hike.

My stay was wonderful, peaceful I enjoyed long walk by the ocean and relaxing by the pool. David place is very inviting love the beach themes decorations the colors are very relaxing and the view of the surrounding area and David place are breathtaking.

The property felt like a hidden gem with multiple infinity pools beautifully placed around the grounds, each one more inviting than the last. We had a breathtaking view of the jungle, and the private beach access was a dream—endless miles of peaceful shoreline that we walked daily. The amenities exceeded expectations: TVs in every room, extra soft 100% cotton towels, additional blankets and pillows—every thoughtful touch was in place. It truly felt like a home away from home. Traveling with our pets is always a priority, and this host made it effortless. Our pups felt just as welcome as we did, and we appreciated the warm energy from every member of the staff. The second-floor location was perfect—easily accessible and with beautiful views—and the host was beyond attentive, checking in and making sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

I had the pleasure of staying at this property last weekend with my family, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. Dimitrios was exceptionally helpful, consistently respectful, and always maintained a positive and proactive attitude throughout our stay. The property itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully maintained. The location worked extremely well as I have children and the pool was at walking distance. Every detail in the apartment reflected a high standard of care and hospitality. My family thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and we created wonderful memories during our time there. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment, I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was very clean and tidy. Good communication and instructions always. We loved the mountain and ocean view from the balcony.

Awe man…where do I start??! This was by far more than we expected! The hosts were amazing, which matched the condo! We were just in awe of the views, the well stocked kitchen, and all the little extras like the liners for the coffee pot and even the air fryer! Beautiful bathrooms, bedrooms, and OMG the balcony looking over the pools and ocean!! No doubt we will spread the word and already know where we’re staying the next time we’re in town!! Thank you Madeline and James for making this a dream come true for my family!! I don’t have one single complaint, and believe me, that’s not like me!!

Apartment in a beautiful location. Away from crowds and noise. Absolutely wonderful beach that you can walk for a long time. For us, peace, quiet and seclusion were a great plus, but if someone is looking for entertainment - they will not find it here. The apartment is clean and comfortable.

Everything in this accommodation is 10/10. The apartment and the host is🔝🔝🔝. The apartment is divine, everything is super comfortable, we called the kitchen the "atomic kitchen" it 😂 had EVERYTHING! Super complete, impeccable, the furniture, the dream terrace! Everything is divine! Our family had an amazing time here. Punta Caelo was even more beautiful than pictured. There are three pools so you have lots of options, and the pool by the ocean is just absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. This apartment is the only one off the elevator, so you have complete privacy, and the balcony that overlooks the ocean was just so beautiful. It’s very close to Coronado and also close to El Valle so the location was ideal. Gianni was so helpful with local recommendations, and based on one of them we went surfing and had an amazing time. We would not have done it without that recommendation. Just know that you’re like most locations around the beach, you will need a car.

If you find this Airbnb available book it! The views are amazing from the 19th floor. Clean, sheets are comfortable to sleep on, security in the high rise excellent.
