Monthly Rentals in Plattekill

The Modena House was perfect for our trip. We wished we had the chance to enjoy the outdoor aspect a little more, however time and weather didn’t cooperate with us. The place is adorable, a great kitchen, nicely decorated sitting room, bathroom and bedroom made for a lovely stay. The hosts are top notch! We hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area. The property is in a very quiet residential area. Well furnished and clean. Connie provided timely and precise directions for check-in. She was always available and replied quickly to messages.

Loved our stay here! Small bachelorette weekend and the 4 of us were absolutely at home. Our hosts were wonderful and responsive throughout our whole stay. Though attached to the main house, there is sufficient privacy. Beautiful property , very peaceful. An added bonus was their adorable little dog Ellie! Would definitely stay again. One thing of note, the water in the house I think is like well water so it has a smell, almost like sulfur, not a big deal - just keep that in mind!
