The beach is 10 minutes by car and the Natural Park of s'Albufera is 4 km away. If you are looking for tranquility and a local atmosphere, Sa Pobla is one of the most authentic towns. We had a great time and would recommend this flat and Miguel as a host. A nice location just at the beach with kitesurfing opportunities directly at your house. Very quiet, which is a big advantage of being located a bit outside the area of Alcúdia (so a car or bicycle is recommended to make most of the gorgeous surroundings). We loved this place as a starting point for cycling as well. The flat is as beautiful as on the pictures seen already. We’d love to come back one day!

Maria’s apartment was fabulous, right across from the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops only a short walk away. Such a beautiful view to enjoy each day. The apartment had everything we needed. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but Maria couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful, all of which was resolved within hours of reporting the problem. Highly recommend.

Excellent apartment!! The view is spectacular, everything is super clean, the bed is very comfortable and they give you towels for the beach. The place is very quiet and with a lot of services nearby, the beach in front is very nice. We had a wonderful time!

Great place to stay. Big and a lovely garden area. Can easily walk to restaurants etc. beach right across the road (stone beach) but a sand beach a few 100m up the road with nice kids playgrounds etc too. Seems to be a cycling Mecca with lots and lots of riders coming past the house along the beach road - was quite fun people watching. Would happily recommend this place to others :)

A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

CA'N SOLER - Quiet home 5 minutes from the beach

Miquel and Rosa's house wouldn't be so good if they weren't the owners. They were kind enough to wait for us even when we arrived late due to a flight delay. They were friendly and left a lot of things at our reception. The house was sparkling clean (I don't think we've ever been to such a clean Airbnb). It's comfortable and spacious for a family (we were 4 adults and 2 small children). Regarding the location, it is convenient to walk to downtown Can Picafort, and a 3-minute walk to the beach. If you move around the island like we do, it is 200 meters from the road that takes you to many other places in Mallorca. You can park at the door (at least during June, I don't know what it will be like in high season). We will definitely be back and strongly recommend this place. Everything is perfect! Thank you very much Miquel and Rosa.

This property is excellent we were adults 3 & stayed for 5 nights. Every little detail had been thought of & the property was spotless on arrival. Antoni was the perfect host very quick to respond. Excellent bed linen & towels even beach towels provided. Beautiful equipped kitchen we made the most of the coffee machine & wonderful to have the water dispenser & 20 litres of water at no extra cost. The pool was great & wonderful to have a choice of places to sit & sunbath in private. Short walk to beach & restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as shown in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. Washer and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the linens and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and would be happy to come back.
